Someone scammed me from US.
He said he wants to hire me as an assistant and he can pay me 30$ per hour to send text to his clients . Now I realized that was a scam . Rogers charge me 196$ . M new here . I was not aware about that.
The main point is I talk to a rogers specialist and explained everything . He said we cant do anything . Rogers should respect its customers.

The plan remains the same until you change it. Fido comes in Mid. I also use Fido because they offer really good plans.

It’s postpaid. Means you pay your first payment after you complete your first month in Canada.

It’s still better to take from india as you save time. Also, there is no contract, so you can change your plan anytime without changing your original number. So there is no disadvantage of taking sim from india. I am also using the same phone number that I got from india.

Some websites might be scam but the link that I provided in the description is genuine. They actually provide the sim that you can use in Canada. I am also using the same number that I got from india till now

But on Canadian sim... Why they generate the postpaid bill in just 5 days.... whether we use the sim or not....bill is fixed nd generated even without usage within 5 days....

That’s how postpaid sims work. You don’t have to pay any charge on the first bill that is generated in first week.

I’m using Fido, it’s decent. Not the best but gets the work done. Never faced any problem.

Probably because there was an offer applied for the first month. It might be showing negative now but it will show you the actually balance once your first month is completed and a bill is generated.
