I've actually started ripping the real Sonic The Fighters models, I've started progress on Tails and have completed Sonic. Multiple people have actually finally started ripping the real models, but most of them aren't public. Also, the Knuckles model image you have under the Sonic R Knuckles isn't actually the final model for him. It's the beta model of Knuckles, notice the bigger top head part.
Yo I need that Sonic model, and it needs to be public. Sonic Jam's model has been getting the spotlight for legitimately far too long, with Fighter's model consistently neglected for decades. Hopefully whatever other game hasn't had his model ripped is also being worked on.
You can replicate the look of Sonic Shuffle outline in Blender by turning on backface culling and flipping the normals of the shell mesh (if they're not already inverted).
My personal favorites are SA1’s, Brawl’s and Mario & Sonic 2014’s models. I guess my big issue with the newer models is how his head is structured. As his eyes take up a lot of his head and don’t give his dreadlocks enough room to breathe, almost as if they’re being held back by a tube of hair gel, making his head look really empty.
I don't really like how flat is dreadlocks look in the recent games. I wish they had more volume to them. I absolutely love his Heroes and Black Knight models

8:54 I don't really think they would need to fix it, when that doesn't happen once the model is animated, the arms are usually down, not interacting with the dreadlocks, and once he raises his arms, it goes in-beetween the 2 dreads, with them splitting apart
i *despise* how the modern models do knuckles, purely from a design standpoint. his head shape is horrendous and flat and his eyes are wayyyy too wide. brawl, black knight, and 2014 olympics knuckles are absolutely the best imo

She's been a controversial character the past 2'ish years because of her redesigns in Prime and X Gens, so it's a good time to capitalize and check her out (even moreso if she ends up being in SM3 this December)... and vaguely remind people when she was at her sexual peak/prime. The best year to define Rouge's best design across nearly all her appearances. Seriously though, Rouge would genuinely be an interesting character to cover, especially with her spiked relevance the past couple years.
