I’m shopping for one now and I found an NX300(2019) with 40k miles for $33k when a brand new one was $38k(after taxes) 3 years ago. This market is crazy 🥲
We just bought a NX300. Maybe we're just middle-class people who thought it was a big deal, but we like it a lot. I've seen where there are a lot of RDX fans and more power to you. We've never cared for Honda or Acura and the thing that struck me about the RDX was the center stack reminded me of the Hyundai Santa Fe. BMW? We looked at those. I could be wrong, but dollar for dollar gets you the X1 or 2, not the 3. In any event, to me, if you want a BMW a Lexus is never gonna do it for you and vice versa. I'm not knocking anyone or their choices, but we now have the money to buy up to BMW 5 and I'll pass every time- finally got there and was surprised BMW didn't impress me one bit (BMW service told me an oil change was $180.00! I laughed and hung up). One other thing- the only other vehicles I've seen drive down the road with one tail out more than GM are just about any German brand, excepting maybe Mercedes.
i Drive the NX300H F SPORT which is is a magnificent aggressive esthetically visually looking SUV.The F SPORT feature it possesses just feels superb and the comfortable driving experience I must confess is smooth and responsive. I also drive a merc brabus which is a monster but i love driving my LEXUS NX 300H HYBRID F SPORT.
Wondering if this is a good option for my daughters first car - was looking at 2015 or 2016 rx350 which are 20-280k but these seem like an option too but not sure about turbo 4 cyl reliability compared to the rx350
How do you guys feel about the 2019 Lexus NX? Do you think it's still one of the class-leaders, especially with new competition like teh Acura RDX and Infiniti QX50?? Let us know below, and PLEASE LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and TAP THE NOTIFICATION BELL to hear about our latest content :)
Why would you put the USB inside the container box? How would someone charge their phone while driving? It would suck to have that box open the whole time you drive just so you can have your phone charging. Bad design. They need to have the USB and 12V in front of the gear shift like older models.
My Gf wants this car for us and we drove it today and it's powerful enough, really, and fuel economy at 24mpg avg., is good enough, but I don't like the poor outward visibility, and the super small cargo size compared to everyone else !! did drive nice and seems quieter cabin than some reviews say, but maybe 2019 has cabin nvh bettered ?? .. NO real leather to start with ??? I don't think I can buy this, if really have to go to top trim, just to get lux. car... in general, I think it's fair to pay $10k more than a loaded rav for, or a loaded crv, or a loaded rogue, etc.. to be up in the acura/lexus/infiniti level of cars, but after another $10K for that extra lux and features ? Wtf is the Even Extra $10K ($20k total more), for ? ? they screw you over by charging tons more for features you would really like to have, or should have, on top of their already Lux level base price !! Scam.. and I am not falling for it.. $10K more than a loaded average level version, sure, but more.... lane keep assist isn't somehow more lux than in the rav 4, etc... etc...
2019 Acura RDX has a lot more features for few dollars more. Lexus NX is no longer in competition with the entire segment. I love Lexus vehicles, but they really need to upgrade their NX, especially the infotainment system. RDX will sell like hot cakes this year and ahead.
Uhm, are way off, the RDX isn't selling like hot cakes compared to NX. Fake news. They are as close in sales as you could find comparing two different vehicles. Acura is thousands more but agree, more features but again you are paying for them.
I do love Lexus but they really do need to redo the entire SUV lineup. Exterior styling looks old on basically all of them (aside from the upcoming UX) because none of them were designed to have the spindle grill, the LX and GX get terrible gas mileage and are just outdated mechanically, the RXL has a useless third row, and the list can go on. Again, Toyota knows what it’s doing, but they need to do something different for the SUV lineup
Love your vehicle reviews but this one is a little lacking in details. Nothing on the dynamic cruise control. Does it work below 25mph and how does it work in stop and go traffic like Acura's? Also, Curious if the Fsport spoils the supple Lexus ride. The Touring RDX has an Adaptive damping system, which should be compared with the NXs' on rough roads.
I think NX sales will suffer in 2019. Lackluster performance, interior isn't as "Lexus-like" as it should be, and its only purpose is to up-charge the RX sales. The 2019 Acura RDX is head and shoulders a better vehicle for about the same price. Same can be said for the 2019 Lincoln MKC
Skittles Candy totally true. Acura is working hard to get back in the game and the RDX is a good step in the right direction after they fell off the map for the last 10 years. Lexus has been pretty well established during that time and can go a year with a not so luxury compact suv until they probably do interior updates next year. What scares me for Lexus is that the new Camry and Avalon are so nice that it’s not putting much separation between a Toyota and a Lexus at the moment but I’m sure they will redesign next year. But so will Acura as they are bringing back Type-S next year and redoing their interiors as well. I just know that Infiniti better pray because they are falling behind.
You always do an excellent presentation of all vehicles. But as far as this Model Goes, It does not have any Greater Look than what I am driving, along with added features,, Lexus needs to make a Major change up,, for the Money. It is a Good Ride, but not an outstanding appearance.
AFCompany - Agreed, but even though this RDX sports a more modern interior and trim and Infotainment system, it's lacking compared to the 2017 Infiniti QX50, and all the last 6 years prior. Fuel efficiency, sure, it's better on modern SUV's/CUV's, but none in the same class/price have that fun factor like the last several generations of the QX50 (certainly not the boring 2018/2019 model, that's a snoozer. 😴)
Norm T Buick is nice but just can’t compete with Acura or Lexus. I’d get a Mazda CX-9 over a Buick. They have just never been very attractive cars. I don’t think someone shopping for Acura would go to a Buick. They would hit Lexus, Infiniti, Lincoln and even Mazda first.
Fuel tank is too small. Kia and Hyundai offer 18.5. Also run on regular gas. Ranges of well over 500 miles. And no lane keep assist? That woman has hairy legs!
In Ontario they have some pretty good deals for leasing. $600 candian, tax included for premium package for 39 months, it's what you can expect to pay for a Tiguan or Rav4..., the RDX is $150 more. the fake leather is almost indistinguishable from the real thing and easier to maintain. Not crazy about the looks either, but no denying it's a solid vehicle.
I just got my 2020 NX 300 and I’m in love with it couldn’t ask for a better car
Excellent crash test rating was another factor for me selecting this vehicle !! Love my 2019 NX 300 !!
have you tried it driving in snow? how was it?

Just got one, is simple perfect. Had an X3 before, good car as well but not as good !!! NX is so beautiful
I'm thinking of going to a NX from my X3 35i as well! Hope it's fast too.
The hybrid version is what got me hooked. It’s just the perfect car for my commute.

Bobby Woods Stay away from BMW and audi it’s for people who want to show status
With respect to all the previous mentions of the RDX, Acura is not now and will not be in the foreseeable future, a Lexus.
Love my NX300 2020🙌🏼
i Drive the NX300H F SPORT which is is a magnificent aggressive esthetically visually looking SUV.The F SPORT feature it possesses just feels superb and the comfortable driving experience I must confess is smooth and responsive.

Thanks, good review. I am looking at a used (certified) 2019.
Excellent video !! Love the white color but probably I'll be getting the Atomic Silver.
Thank ya!

Thanks for your review, after this video I know that I should buy Acura RDX 2019. It's the better price, the same horsepower, and better interior.

Gotta say, this SUV is sexy
Looks pretty damn ugly to me
Cool video!! 👍
I thought it had Apple carplay :(
Acura and the RDX are looking mighty attractive
It has Apple carplay for 2020

NHV303 you don’t have to open the box, there is some opening that lets your wires go through.
When you run out of features to talk about so you talk about the head liner and rear handlebars lol
What trim level has a four way lumbar support?
How’s the down shifting?
Nice review
Thanks!!

Welcome to the cost of buying a luxury vehicle

The rdx interior way too busy, too many buttons. It doesn’t even have a shift level. Come on. I don’t want to push buttons to drive.
Uhm, are way off, the RDX isn't selling like hot cakes compared to NX. Fake news. They are as close in sales as you could find comparing two different vehicles. Acura is thousands more but agree, more features but again you are paying for them.
@@teeduck Thats what many people said when the first automatics came out.. they missed the shift stick
Is this the base model?
Chic inside & out & that's about it. Period
Great channel! Can you review the 2018 Audi A6?
Thanks! We don't have any 2018 A6 available but hopefully the all-new 2019 will be right around the corner!
Thanks! :) I was also hoping you would review the 2019 A6 which I know it is coming soon.
I agree this suv is sexy!! Great review. Thank you!!👍👍😁
You're very welcome! Glad you enjoyed!!
Hi how you can connect samsung phone to it and you can see the apps on your phone as waze maps 😀
Connect via USB to see Android Auto
How is this a 2019 and Lexus still isn’t including apple CarPlay or android auto?
Lol it does have CarPlay you just have to plug up the phone 😂
My wife’s next car..

I believe 2020 NX 300 will be redesigned.
wondering when NX will have top view camera system available.
I love this Lexus NX 300 jeep
2019 Acura RDX, number 1
How much does it weight?
STILL no digital MPH display?!! Unbelievable, Lexus!
Totally ''''''''''Agree''''''''' 100MPH
Good job dear
Nice but I'll take an RDX over this.
Norm T thanks I'll take a look at it and compare
Yup and you all can enjoy paying the for repairs on the cheap quality of Buick, Ford, And other vehicles as well as the low resale value

John Smith even you will take over a Lexus RX 350?

The Acura RDX is now the base selling compact luxury suv as of the sale month of June
It's still selling well.
+Skittles Candy Well said. +1

Somebody knows how much is this Lexus in California?
Omg I’m from Louisville, but probably the only one from Kentucky
The lack of technology is a real downer.
Great car but be ready to spend at least $8000+ on packages to have very basic features like a parking sensor.
Car is nice but the infotainment system lacks big time compared to Audi/BMW...even Subaru has a better infotainment system.
Can you get the NX 300 with premium package and 18' tires without navigation? Thanks in advance !!
Yep, you can get the Premium Package without choosing the Navigation Package. Hope that helps!
Thank you.
Nx 300 what gas octane number?
91 or over.
I love Lexus but,..... that reverse camera looks like its from 15 years ago..
Tried and true
Having to use a track pad in a car is just terrible.
You always do an excellent presentation of all vehicles. But as far as this Model Goes, It does not have any Greater Look than what I am driving, along with added features,, Lexus needs to make a Major change up,, for the Money. It is a Good Ride, but not an outstanding appearance.
Looks so plain from the back. White is not a good color for this car anyway.
Acura RDX > Lexus NX > Infiniti QX50

Pürgatöry Priest 2017 Infiniti qx50? I guess you are the only one who likes it
AFCompany j
“Alexis” 💀💀
All nxs has strong torque pull to the right. Finally 2019 has Android auto included. Safety + only after 2018 so lame lexus.
So its a baby SUV, no added ground clearance for the 2019 model???? RIP its gonna be driving around malls and soccer fields. I'll take the new Rav4
95% of SUV drivers never go off road.
This shares the same frame as RAV4 doesn't it? Inside is very different but your concerns to alternative doesn't make any freaking sense.
Rav4 is also a soccer mom car LOL get a 4runner you clown
I like that they have faux leather options. I can't bare the idea of sitting on animal skin.
Fuel tank is too small. Kia and Hyundai offer 18.5. Also run on regular gas. Ranges of well over 500 miles. And no lane keep assist? That woman has hairy legs!
Any other random comments you'd like to share?
thats my dads car
I also didn't know this car was thing. It seems like a filler car. Good but ehhh.
$40,000 for a Ugly cheap looking interior with Fake Leather, No Thanks !!!
Gotta be the ugliest car on the road. That grill is brutal.
Ugly car. Yuck! Interior really looks cheap.
Are you crazy?
Looks like crap.
