is it possible for a planet to be exalted in a house? to my knowledge it can only be exalted in a sign but please let me know if it can be exalted/fall/etc in a house as well! but i say it's "bad" because it creates a lot of difficulty for someone who doesn't want to work on themselves and their struggle areas since it's hard to access the energy of 12th house planets and they tend to go unnoticed which makes it "bad" for a planet to be in the 12th house, hope that makes sense :)
Glad you said this because naturally its easy for me to show love and be genuine. Although in early life it might have been harder since it was so behind surface. As we get older the developed side comes out !

imo cancer jupiter in 12th is a really intuitive placement, it's like a guru placement, gives you good intuition and subconscious power and venus makes it better even though venus in 12th isn't really that great of a placement but with the exalted jupiter it's pretty good
