I have the dosing caps and I wouldn't buy them until the v2 comes out. The threading is very fine and they are difficult to unscrew/screw on. I live in Canada and with shipping and taxes the 6 pack can to just over $70 😵💫I have ruined the top of one of them as I had to use a screwdriver to unscrew it. They do work but also reduce the amount of flower that can be loaded (I don't mind as I micro dose). So in the end I regret buying them at the cost I paid, but would have been ok with spending $30. Save your money and wait until the new ones come out and people have tested them.
I use a 15mm screen on top of my flower and I have removed the micro dosing disk as well as the small oval screen right next to the bowl. Doing this makes clean up really easy and keeps the bowl clean. After my session is done I open the lid, turn the unit over and tap out the AVB into my hand, brush out the bowl with a small brush,retrieve the screen and put my AVB into a container to use later 😊
I love this unit and use it daily, clean it once a week and have ZERO complaints with it. Hope this helps!
