hmmm... can't you just have choose popplio, then cheese the electric gym, and have it evolve it into a primarina, which is your tess counter? tinkaton is found very late in bronze forever.

The only issue in walk-throughs are the ev stats after defeating all the gym leaders you will catch these pokemons again or breed them with ditto and train their ev for more powerful stats
Braylum also needs to have Technichian(hidden ability) for it to deal insane amounts of damage with mach punch. So don't justt catch one and call it a day guys.
HEAVY AGREE on Gengar. Absorbed Toxic Spikes, outspeeds and KOs reliably. Best cleanup mon. Look at my champion video it was the ace. My other Pokémon were Quaquaval, Talonflame, Vileplume, Tinkaton, and Garganacl.
Gallade can perform better in coverage than Breloom. He has access to Psycho Cut, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, and Leaf Blade. They can all be boosted by 50% with the Sharpness ability now that Gen IX applies.
This team Is better for competitive battling also you can only get mega gengar at the battle colluseum you really expect someone to get 200 bp with this team.
its not better for competetive. The team is meant to counter the pokemon for story mode, other trainers would most likely be able to beat someone with this team. Mega Gengar is used for the stat boost, and if you cant get the mega stone then just use regular gengar, or find an alternative ghost type.
The only problem I find with these team is finding someone that won’t scam you out of your gengar It’s happend so many times I traded a haunter to someone so it will evolve and after I asked for it back they just leave
A really good choice other than breloom is the one from the "outdated version" Lucario, lucario has the steel/fighting typing which is a really overpowered typing, especially since the steel typing covers all the fighting type weaknesses, its especially something to consider in this team. Since you can get riolu after 1st gym (pbf only) cause theres invite rewards so you just need to enter a code for a free riolu, a playthrough team should consist of early game mons, like riolu. Dont get me wrong, shroomish is also very early on but i think lucario still is the better option. Breloom is still good if you wanna use that instead though.
Rowlet is a decent starter choice too,it can counter the team admins easily and the 8th gym can be done relatively easily Wanna try your luck or pay, togekiss can be a flier and a Tess ender for your team to open for more team options You can get dragonite, AND salamance for op coverage and a psuedo legendary as soon as after gym 3 Ampharos is a electric gym 4 (one of if not the hardest imo) while being a spat god with the mega (which is dragon) Literally any fire fighting starter is also a really good option for obvious reasons, that typing runs through early until gym 3 and 4 Poplio can be a Tess counter and ends gym 2 and 5,never sleep on them Scyther can fill an extra team slot, you get it early and it counters parts of the 4th, 6th,and 7th gym while resisting Tess (besides flamethrower) I get how limited fire types are in this game with a high bst, but bc u will need an alt for trading consider getting 2 starters (kinda cheap but necessary) Gardevior is a good option for killing Tess while having a good mega spat, right next to Ralts is slowbro which can be a good water type to use Flygon can be used to kill rock type spam, while having fly JUST after the 4th gym and being practically a psuedo Grimsnarl, ultimate evil team killer with it’s coverage My first team (this was legends of roria) was blaziken,slowbro,rotom fan,grimsnarl,flygon, and victreebell(never bothered to replace it the entire time)
Final comment, this team has so many issues, gengar mega costs robux, running scrap on a casual team besides a pokemon made for stall is a bad decision, no desicated one size fits all evil team killer, i recommend ttar, with a rock move a ground move and brick break (you can get this before the 3rd plot via flying back, and you can only use it by the 3rd plot anyway, swampert without stall or swapping around tms isn’t that good after gym 2, it won’t have stab for anything besides a few of Jake’s pokemon, use a fire starter imo, isn’t weak to gym 1, and can resist and deal neutral damage to the fire types with secondary typing/ normal, roserade is probably the best grass in the game, use it instead of breeloom, for fighting stab poliwrath is very useful
why would you want defog on rotom heat? the only hazard setters are on route 11 and a few others, and rotom might benefit more from thunderbolt to actually finish off targets which might not be possible with volt switch

The 2 most recommend ones are PSS and PBF I feel like it might take PSS 2 decades for 8th gym And idk should i just go for PBF because i hear some things about people losing stuff in their and staff is lazy

Hell, Brad’s Rotom-Wash solos half of your team.

Thing is wasting a slot on Sal for Fly kinda sucks, tryna get bagon takes forever (which is why i didn't use lucario this time), and you get Gengar a lot earlier. Adventure players hate grinding so.....

This is a really bad team for story progression, speaking on personal experience. Your team should be complete before you reach the 5th gym imo, under-leveling is a huge issue especially when it takes a good hour of repeating a trainer battle getting a certain mon that was level 38 to level 60 so it could provide some use.

The problems with this team are; Too many self-stat lowering moves, half of this team is caught in the mid-late game, there's literally no flying type coverage other than Swampert but rock slide isn't a STAB so that's a big issue, and the fact that this team is more designed for PvP rather than story mode where you have to fight the same type over and over again, and you have to keep going back to the pokemon center because of the lack of PP on moves. I'm curious to see how you made up for these errors, though. Edit: I just realized Heat Rotom covers flying types lmao

Corviknight is a pretty useful sub for staraptor too. Been carrying for flying type since early till late game

@@InfraredGodcan confirm… didn’t learn my lesson 6 years ago and had to get a flier after the 4th gym again. It was salamence… again. And it sucked… again. Luckily I ran into a roaming thunderus after 5th gym to remedy that!

This is a really bad team for story progression, speaking on personal experience. Your team should be complete before you reach the 5th gym imo, under-leveling is a huge issue especially when it takes a good hour of repeating a trainer battle getting a certain mon that was level 38 to level 60 so it could provide some use.

@@BryGuy_GamesExp share isn't the problem, since obviously everyone's gonna have that. I'm impressed that you beat the game with this team, however it's not gonna be the same for everyone else. The problems with this team are; Too many self-stat lowering moves, half of this team is caught in the mid-late game, there's literally no flying type coverage other than Swampert but rock slide isn't a STAB so that's a big issue, and the fact that this team is more designed for PvP rather than story mode where you have to fight the same type over and over again, and you have to keep going back to the pokemon center because of the lack of PP on moves. I'm curious to see how you made up for these errors, though.
Edit: I just realized Heat Rotom covers flying types lmao

@@Homelander731 For storyline progression? I suggest Infrared's "outdated" best team which is Swampert, Ampharos, Lucario, Staraptor, Houndoom & Florges. Personally, it got me through all eight gyms without losing a single battle or having to use potions compared to the team in this video.
