I have 3A hair (a lose curl pattern) and my hair does not get greasy much anymore luckily and I only wash my hair once a month but washing hair is based on personal hair type or preference:)

My husband has an afro not 4c probably like....... between 4a and 4b he washes his hair every 3 days but hes a iron worker so he gets sweaty. I have probably 3a hair and i wash my hair once a week but im a house spouse. I think how often you should wash your hair depends on your hair type AND your lifestyle
For curly hair, it is recommended to wash at least once or twice a week. As for normal straight hair, it is recommended to wash 3 to 4 times a week. Edit : Hair training (Eg: only wash the hair once a month) is a myth. You can't train your hair. I've try to do that and my hair become more damaged.

Unfortunately with my oily scalp that gets inflamed, washing my scalp at least every 4 days is what I have to do now, and my hair is 4C. My hair and scalp don't go together 😢
Depends on your hair and a lot of other factors.....like how long you tie it back...do you tie at the same place alk the time ,what kind of products how often do you wear hats etc etc... .your bedding even....the country you live in. ..but hair types and how often you wash IS NOTHING TO DO WITH SKIN COLOUR. ...ALL HAIR NEEDS DEALING WITH 😂😂😂😂 ANYWAY THE LADY IN THE VIDEOS HSIR LOOKS CLEAN HEALTHY AND VERSATILE AND BEAUTIFUL....still a pain no matter your skin colour AND ITS BLOODY EXPENSIVE TO STYLE. Yes, badly. They make skinny satin scrunchies. I don't love the look of a scrunchies so I found unpoofy scrunchies. They're awesome, I even found them in animal print
😮 do you apply your conditioner on top of the hair tea???? I didn't know you could do that! I always thought you have to rinse the hair tea off and then apply deep conditioner!
Bro my mom said I should wash my hair everyday bc I use gel but I have 3a/3b hair and I used to have 3c/4a hair before I straightened it this last time and I was just like no mom absolutely not. I can't do that and damage my hair again 😭
If you use good hair products then they hair can be washed regularly without drying out and damaging ...it is very expensive to use decent moisturising products that are tailored to your hair AND VERY VERY TIME CONSUMING but being clean and smelling fresh is more important . .we all pick and choose what feels good to ourselves ... personality I think it is rather sad to miss out on saunas, swimming, showering and bathing cause people dont want to style hair .. the thing is ALL PEOPLE ARE FORCED INTO DEALING. WITH HAIR....EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US. THE GRASS IS NOT GREENER IT IS STILL GRASS STILL GREEN AND STILL HAS TO BE DELT WITH NO MATTER WHAT SHADE YOUR SKIN MAY BE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You can rinse it if it needs water and still not shampoo. My hubs does this. Rinses daily, sometimes condition before, but shampoo 3 times a week only. Now if I can just get him to use a bonnet

Use satin or velour scrunchies. I use the Velour Scunci scrunchies and they are my favorite and they do not cause breakage.
