23:07 im poor irl, so i have to make compensate in jailbreak, so here's a tip that I don't think is well known: if you notice that every garage spawner has always had robotic arms, you might also notice that those arms are also in non garage spots on the map, most noticeably, at the dock close to where you drop off the airplane cargo AND in one of the hangers at the military base spawn, which "thrillerJ" did not utilize. The reason that I make this content is to hopefully help others customize and spawn their cars even if they aren't at obvious garage spawners, I do not know if thrillerJ knows about the spawner in the military base but chose not to use it to customize his vehicle as he might not have thought it to be too important.

It took me 1:30 hours to get from 3,000 cash to 220k cash. I got lots of airdrops and robbed mansion and cargo ship alot. You should rob mansion and cargo ship instead of arresting or robbing j store, msm, casino etc
