I’ve been watching your old videos from a few years ago and I think it’s AWESOME to see how much you have improved and grown the business over the years. It’s inspiring.

I think what your doing is wonderful. Getting young energetic people into the local baking industry. Europe has local bakeries in all the Villegas's. It is wonderful . Thank You !!!

It's been interesting to watch this grow over the years. Now just missing those beard nets for when hovering over ingredients.

Have you considered a glass wall so people can see all that goes on in the back? Maybe that's impractical but if we love watching the videos, I imagine seeing it in person would be mesmerizing.

Brilliant to include a space for kids. Cafes are a no go for me anymore because there’s not a space for my kids to play. It’s like everyone has kids and wishes for spaces like these but businesses don’t include it. Very thoughtful of you and if we had that in my town our mom’s group would make it a weekly outing to go get pastries and let the kids hang for a bit. Maybe invite your local moms group for a kids sensory day once a month. 😊

Having communal seating tables and banked counter seating might be a good way to go. It could complement the kids space. One concern might be the total noise level at busy times. What is happening with the Mesa retail side.

How do you keep rats from coming through the open doors like the one near your flour storage?

I originally came here for some bread baking videos, but now I'm invested in your day to day issues with storage, pouring concrete, wiring, fans or whatever you've got going on... I'm not even on the same continent. How did this happen?
