Ikea Eket - quick wall attachment

Ikea Eket wall attachment is a quick and easy job, doesn't matter if you prefer to hang a cabinet on the wall or just fix to the wall for safety. Please explain the socket head cap screw height adjustment on the bracket and why there are two shown - what do they signify?

On the left, the minimum height with the screw removed. On the right, maximum. Adjustment is necessary when the cabinets are hanging next to each other.

Can it take weight with those anchor bolts on dry wall? I just done trust dry wall... and my studs are 16" apart
