Nah, a lot of the time narcissists are created. There’s definitely some natural factor to it, but that behaviour doesn’t grow enough to be noticeable unless outside factors reinforce it. And from the sounds of it, that happened. For example OP referring to her sister as the “miracle child” parents likely called the sis that loads, definitely would have been part of it as they grew up. Along with the sounds of it that the mother at least, tried negating any repercussions for bad behaviour, while giving continuous praise.
People like to throw that word Narcissist around. That woman is not a narcissist she's a sociopath and she should be in jail. Having your parents adopt your child is not illegal but if you do it for monetary gain, even if you don't with family, it's still child trafficking.

they have no control over her getting pregnant again but they do have at least some control of this soon to be child future since she was a narcissist she could have used the child against who ever she want and no kid should have to go through that. now if she does it again its completely her problem and if she go back on her agreement they can take everything away from her and more.
