So, yes, it very polite and nice to always call a person SardarJi. But your sentiment is so pure and lovely. I am a Sikh and I love my Hindu brothers and sisters. To be honest, I have never actually felt that there is any difference among us Sikhs and Hindus. We Sikhs and Hindus are literally ONE FAMILY. We have the same blood. Some of my Sikh friends tease me by telling me that I should have been born into a full Hindu family because I know more about Advaita Vedanta and Yoga that any of my Hindu friends. Ha ha.

This guy is gold, I remember going to sardar ji everyday as the food was hygienic and quite reasonable price. I was a student staying in phase 9 and this guy was the reason I ate good food and able to save some extra cash, remember it was like 50 to 70 rs back then but yeah Inflation has fucked us now.

Some months back I had paused my job to pursue my passion but now I am financially week. However, seeing you working long hours and talking about failure I will rejoin my job and will continue working on my passion side by side. Bhai me as a 100% vegetarian will try to avoid these mix food stall setups as you can clearly see paaji is using same karchi or chamcha in both nonveg and veg dishes 👍. Which i think is not good for vegetarian people like me 😅
