Hell, even religious people don’t believe in everything from their religion. Like, many people I know are Christian. I think she adopted that meaning/purpose, and by giving Gelus' death note to Misa and telling her about it she was honoring that sacrifice (I also get thet impression that Rem is a bit romantic).

Misa definitely wasn't actually trying to kill Rem lmao. She was just being playful by teasing Rem about her apparent affection and care for her wellbeing, which through comments Ryuk makes on various aspects of human relationships, isn't something common among Shinigami.

L had (or should i say naomi) solved beyond birthdays case but he was unable to solve this mystery that how beyond could know names

A Shinigami can kill someone and by that prevent the death of another person and not be affected, what kills them is purposely prevent the death of someone out of love I don't know if I'm explaining myself.
Way late to the party, but I have to chime in on Misa's age. I get that it's easy to think of Shinigami as these ageless immortal beings and that Misa got a *ton* of lifespan from Gelus, but because of how Ryuk describes the Shinigami Realm and his low opinion of his peers - even saying you're seen as a bit of a weirdo if you go write human names when you don't have to - I've always thought of their killing humans as more of a top-up thing. "Oh, crap, I've only got two weeks left! Hang on, guys, I just gotta make a quick run by the portal and snag some lifespan." Since Shinigami also get the difference in "uninfluenced" and "death noted" names, it's very possible - likely, even - that Misa's lifespan was extended by something in the range of 10-30 years, instead of something wild like 200, or even a more conservative "wild" like 70-90.
The way I like to think about Misa is in DND terms. SPOILERS: Light is a wizard. He stumbles across an item of arcane power and LEARNS how to use it. He experiments, he discovers. He does all the hard work himself without help. He exceeds the knowledge of a god of death. Wizards are intelligence casters. Misa is a warlock. She is given an object of power by a god of death and is TAUGHT how to use it. She takes advantage of gods and demons using her natural charm and has killed at least two by making them fall in love with her. Warlocks are charisma casters. It makes sense that Light is smarter than Misa throughout a lot of the series given how he came to power as Kira, but Misa is in my opinion equally powerful. Her emotional intelligence and ability to work with the feelings of others is demonstrated several times to far outstrip Light. Her simple minded desire to love Kira is intrinsically purer than Lights intentions and we only percieve her disruptions as annoying because we're in Lights pov. Misa is a complicated character and imo one of the best parts of the series. If Light has a 20 for intelligence she has a 20 for charisma, and is easily his match in practical terms.

Fair warning, the movie is terrible and quite angering for fans, but that's just another flavor of reactions and I'd still like to see your thoughts. Sort of how like the Avatar the Last Airbender reactors I've been watching closed off the show by watching the equally terrible adaptation of that show into western live-action movie.
