      @@cobw3b no it doesn't, the sound waves are moving slower, and you can hear it

      @@cobw3b I bet your speaker is the issue here. It may not be capable of handling very low frequencies. Usually you'd want a subwoofer for such frequency.
      Humans however are able to perceive sounds down to 20Hz unless there's hearing damage.

      ​@@brannonsmith22 Probably his speaker wasn't able to output either tone.
      0.75 the speed of 60Hz would simply play as a 45Hz tone in theory.

      I just get nothing but aliasing due to digital harmonics. Constant "bumping" noises. 60-130 Hz sounds just fine as is.
