Hi Mohamed that was a very informative video thank you , I always put a couple of 5kg plates down for my heels to rest on 20mm thick when I squat because it feels more comfortable are you saying this is bad practice ? Thanks again and good health to you 🙏🕊
I think perhaps I've been squatting wrong for many years. It feels natural for me to go all the way to rock bottom, because this doubles the lengths of motion I was always very weak in squatting. I think you would agree with my, yes? Can you put it into words why we should not squat all the way down? Thank you 😊
