If anyone wants to play this as dark urge, just make sure you keep knocking alfira out after every long rest until the dragonborn bard shows in your camp. You can spam partial long rests after reaching the blighted village, always remembering to knock alfira out (non-lethal passive).
Actually the cutscene can be controlled. She will always come the very night you cross the bridge outside the druid Grove into the blighted village. Basically when you feel like triggering it, just knock her out, then immediately head to the blighted village and unlock it's way point. Then rest. Bam, you trigger the cutscene.
@@TheBlackLightMan I know its supposed to happen when you cross the bridge, I'm just not sure its guaranteed in case you have other cutscenes also available and due on a long rest
Great build! I especially like builds that can be played for the entire game and don't really need any respecs. Two recommendations: - There is a lot of background noise when you speak, maybe play with the audio settings a bit. (Mainly at the beginning. It get's better later.) - Give a short overview of you build in the description. Something like: 1 Sorcerer (Const prof., ritual spells) 3 Rogue (Assassin for crits) 2 Warlock (EB) 4 Sorcerer (Haste, Meta Magic and Ability Improvement) 2 Fighter (Action Surge)
Thanks for the criticisms. I edited the description. As for the noise, unfortunately it's already noise gated to the best of my ability. My area is ridiculously noisy at times
You're telling me your build is a Sor Asslock. Haha, very funny. For critiques: 1) this build gains only 1 feat. 2) It prioritizes Action Surge over Extra Attack. If you went Pact of the blade, you get extra attack with your pact weapon at level 5 (unfortunately, melee weapons only). This gives you another feat, and two 3rd level spell slots that refresh on short rest. Or consider War Priest 2 in place of the fighter levels. You get 3 charges that you can use a bonus action to attack after an attack, plus you can spend a divinity charge as a reaction on a miss, to roll your attack with a +10 bonus once per short rest.
For the final build, I would go Sor 5 / Ass 3 / Cleric 2 / Warlock 2. This gives you Constitution proficiency so you don't lose Concentration so easily when you're getting hit, and your last class added matches your highest ability score for casting spells from scrolls.
This build's focus is critting with eldritch blast and should almost never do melee. Pact of the blade warlocks are great but it's an entirely different build at that point
this video is very clear and the time you spend on explaining gameplay is so helpful as I struggle to understand the combat mechanics.

And the Cleric levels stack with the Sorcerer levels for higher spell slots. ;)
Plus you get Sanctuary and Healing Word from Cleric, not to mention Guiding Bolt.
