Haha I am interested myself to dive into the archives and see how much of it I actually sold. I really can't recall the exact qty or buy and sell prices. That year was a bit of blur with a new house, New Child, the pandemic. The boom etc etc.
Im only a minute in, and I just want to quickly say how much this type of content from a respectable individual can be, and is, so very informative and helpful for individuals looking to get ahead in life. Thank you for sharing Dan Edit: 🤠🤙 you da' man Dan
Oh Raymond no pillar here just a dude. I think the spreadsheets were better overall as far as more manually making me pay more attention but it became too time consuming and I just stopped all togerher. The app is making it a lot quicker cleaner and easier to track
Canadian stat: the top 50% of income earners pay 93.8% of all income tax. Seems similar in the US. I don’t think a lot of people grasp the concept of negative net taxation even though they physically pay tax or have it withheld. You can still get more back from the government than you put in.
Hi Dan! I dont believe in retirement savings. I have about $5000 in pokemon and $38000 in credit card debt. When should i quit my job and go pokemon full time? Thx 🙏
Back home in Norway when we were five (my parents, my older brother and sister + me) we spent 2500 a month on food alone not eating out one day. Food prices are insane back home 😂
I use citi double cash for business and an Amazon Amex. Personal its not the best ones but it's good ones imo. (Could be optimized). Bank of americard and discord it. 1 2 3 % and then rotating 5% categories
Nicely done. 🤑 The American tax system you mentioned sounds very generous. 30k on 120k income.0 tax on 60k. Wow. How old are you? Mid 30s I guess. Doing well. Congratulations.
“I paid off my house with XY Evolutions” what a statement to be able to say 😂

Classy touch on the thumbnail having a woman's hand holding the cash. Sugar mommas rise up!
I actually consciously thought of that as I made it 😆

What was the name of the app you use to put into buckets? i am tired of using my excel sheet
The budgeting/spending tracking app used in this video is quicken simplifi. The base cheaper one. Like $40/yr or something

Yeah I was surprised to see that much though ☠️
When you do the finance channel you gotta teach me how to get the retirement money out early.
SEPP, Roth contributions, few kinds of sneaky strategies out there 👀
Paid off your mortgage with xy evolution booster boxes 😮🔥

34 yep! Yeah that's due to the credits from having two kids. But I looked it up and 40% of Americans don't pay any taxes / pay "negative" taxes

16:16 anyone else have audio cut out for like 10-15 seconds?
Yes I even timestampedit 😆 no idea why or how but I panicked I was going to have to re record when I was timestamping 12 hours ago
😆 didn’t even notice the time stamp but do appreciate it being there
Dans way of knowing who watched more than a few seconds of the video.

What state do you live in? Wish 150K could help payoff my house😢
In the woods in upstate NY. 200k around me can get a pretty decent house on a little bit of land
Shout out to all the sugar mommas 👏👏👏

Kids get older, they eat more 😂.
