Learning the 5 Apology Languages might be even more important than just learning the 5 Love Languages. Would prevent alot of misunderstandings and even grudges between alot of people. Wonder why everyone forgets about this and just jumps to love languages. It just seems like most of the world don't take well any other better forms of apology than saying sorry. I would much prefer to change my actions to improove the situation in the future, repentance or taking personal responsibility. Sometimes sorry just feels like the wrong type of apology and doesn't really justify or help with anything.

Regret
Accepting responsibility
Making restitution
Genuine repentance
Requesting forgiveness
"make restitution" and "genuinely repent" are described quite differently by Chapman though...
