The karalahana sarmasi looks absolutely delicious and I think I will give it a try myself. I love how you utilize the stems and leaves to help in the cooking process! I do have a question -- what temperature should you cook them? Lastly - I gave the Lemon Honey Ginger tea a try and I was very satisfied with the result! Thank you for opening our eyes to new cuisines and recipes. I'm not very familiar with Turkish food and customs, but I must say that you do a great job of explaining and showing how to prepare these tasty foods, along with some nice stories to accompany the process! The cooking temperature is medium low. Slowly however it should slightly boil. I am happy that you liked lemon ginger tea which has lots of benefits and it is delicious ☺️🍋 I like to try new things too, i see you are the same.
