I love how creative you can get in this game with fighting. I almost didn't play it because it is turned based, and I thought the combat would be boring. Glad to see I was wrong.
This is the most horseshit fight in the game for me, simply because the game absolutely knows that you cannot win this fight. What worked for me is Teleporting Malady to one far side of the boat using the gloves, then once everyone caught up to her, teleport her to another far side of the boat. She does NOT have to stay in that spot!
yes but lesser exp.. you can kill all enemys besides 1 and then dallis or bracus then you have 30 K exp.. if you just wait 5 turns and kill 2 or 3 enemys you have just 20 K exp
If you have issues with this fight, your party composition is dogshit. It's only hard if you try to kill Dallis for the hammer she drops (without cheesing like this video). You can easily keep Malady alive by just putting a couple buffs on her, resist death if you reaaaallllyyy need it (but you shouldn't) Even on Honour mode it wasn't that bad, you just need to hold out a couple turns so CC the big mob of enemies (torturer + worm tremor already takes care of 3 turns if needed)
That works, but honestly this is the fight that's designed to make you understand how necessary crowd controlling in this game is. If you understand cc in this game this fight is always a walk in the park. This fight is made to make evident the flaws in your team that you will need to address
This is so clever. Respect/kudos, that was fun. The title’s wrong, though. The best/easiest way to beat Dallis is to simply teleport her into the middle of the dead Seekers and then use Mass Corpse Explosion. All you need is relatively high Warfare and it’s a one shot, you don’t even need to go full Death Wish setup or anything
Wow I've killed dallis by getting her stuck with a teleporte and stealth backstabbing her infinitely in this fight many times, and it's always so annoying to set up. I've finished this game like 8 times and I had no idea I could use the ship ballistas to shoot enemies!! No matter how much I play this game I can still find shit I didn't know about holy crap
if anyone is trying to cheese these guys im in my lonewolf tactician playthrough and if you let the cutscene play you get an action in the first of turns with one of your characters this was huge for me
Good video, I'll try it right now! (Man this game is truly "top 10 ever" - all the thing DOZENS of playthroughs can still pop[ up!). I subbed in case you make more videos, cheers!
Good but not "the best" u can finish in one round with two teleports for both boses into the corpses in the middle of the ship and giving one corpse explosion with low health death wish, boom finish the fight in just one turn from only one character
yes but lesser exp.. you can kill all enemys besides 1 and then dallis or bracus then you have 30 K exp.. if you just wait 5 turns and kill 2 or 3 enemys you have just 20 K exp
Bro, this is fucking ridiculous. "Phase A Volatility?" "Phase B Volatility?" Dallis running DOWN from her perch when she always stays in roughly the same spot (prior to teleporting her)? There's a handful of ways to kill her (drive her off) with legit what the game offers, but this is 100% not a vanilla game yet you're trying to pass it off as such!
I didnt know one could use these ballista at all
never thought about using an invisibility potion or going into the ship. props to this guy

after almost 5 playthroughs and i just realized you could use the damn ballista
same
Nice. Tried it with my honour character. Accidentally killed Malady too. Resulted in game over screen. Great.
why u trying honour mode and then googling everything

That's actually very cool!

max level cheese right here, respect

Then you miss all the XP from the seekers though
I love the irony of using the seekers she had killed to annihilate her.
You can't get mass corpsplosion thus early

Wow, and I thought I was cheesing it when I put reinforced crates and packages to block off the stairs and ladders to the masts.
lol wtf, i thought the ballista were just for display. i knew they were usable but they can also turn and destroy enemies lol
if anyone is trying to cheese these guys im in my lonewolf tactician playthrough and if you let the cutscene play you get an action in the first of turns with one of your characters this was huge for me
Bei has CHEESE added to his hotbar... oh the irony!!! :D
Wow thank you for this practical tip.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥺🥺🥺
mass corpse explode, drop vrede in there too just cause, done
Best Method Apperciate It!

Where you get invisibility potion at?
On my 3rd playthrough I was able to beat her and I was surprised when she turned into a dragon
What kind of grenade was that the red prince had. Looked like piercing but ice symbol too?
I will give your name to my next kid! Thanks a lot
I cheese dallis by teleport her to our ship then teleport malady to their ship, jump to their ship to aggro the hooded dude legit got it first try.
That was amazing.

*Insert Taco Bell joke here*
In the Switch Version, you cant twist the ballist :(

I liked more the video's idea.
hey whats the battle song name
I love you man)))
Just Teleport maladie to the back of the ship. The enemy are not able to get her in 5 turns ! much easier....
yes but lesser exp.. you can kill all enemys besides 1 and then dallis or bracus then you have 30 K exp.. if you just wait 5 turns and kill 2 or 3 enemys you have just 20 K exp

What potion was that
Invisible potion
Invisibility
Thanks. Luckily I did it without the potion anyway. Hella experience with this fight. 😁
you can go sneaky mode and then use clock and dagger.. it will not break sneak-mode
Dude i fucking love exploits
Lol
