My first try was using Gachikoi Sana with items Limiter, Body Pillow, Nurse's Horn, Membership, Headphones, Kusogaki Shackles. She also works well though I tend to use her special often when boss is right on top of me. When killed, if lucky, you can get the Holozon Box.

Just got this achievement earlier also with Sana but still as Fan. G11. First attempt n success. Timing her special is the key. Sanana Forever. Plushie item saves me a lot

I use Sora at low G rank, and manage to get the Achievement.
I use item to bounc the enemies, add special meter when get hit, all of HP regen stuff, shield, special meter reducer item, etc. Basically full defense.
Probably the fastest right click spam that I've ever did in this game during the final mob 🤣
