Homeowners didn't realize I POWERWASHED their FILTHY driveway until I told them

- Hello Everyone, Jess and I were driving around in search of a property to be pressure washed when we spotted this neighborhood full of FILTHY driveways and decided to stop.
We initially knocked on the door to no answer but spoke to the neighbors and they said we could use their water to complete the job. When we came back for the after pictures the owner was there and said the previous tenants had just moved out and the house needed a lot of work. We let them know we cleaned their filthy driveway for them but they hadn't noticed prior to us letting them know, after talking with them they seemed appreciative and glad the world still has good hearted people.

Fantastic job! It is shocking the difference a power washing makes. My husband always takes the garbage out and gets mad if I do it. He will fix anything that breaks down.

A little helpful tip that will go a long way in making everything look better in the long run.
Always try to do all of the sidewalks AND curbs within the property you are working on. This creates what is literally called Curb Appeal. Secondly, I noticed you also left the majority of the sidewalk over to the neighbor's driveway dirty. Not sure which neighbor's water you used, but what I would have done is to ask thar neighbor for their water use, and then offer to clean their portion of sidewalk there as compensation.
The way I look at all these lawn and pressure washing jobs is if there's a little but extra grass or sidewalk between the lot lines to the next boundary (like a driveway) just go ahead and take care of it out of courtesy. Because to me, to not have cleaned that portion of the sidewalk is almost kin to "dirt shaming" them. Of course it would and might be prudent to ask permission, but while you're there, you might as well knock it out. It don't usually take no time at all to wash a sidewalk that doesn't need edging.
Nice job! The areas look super clean. I would have liked the whole sidewalk cleaned including the neighbor's driveway as appreciation for using their water. My husband can fix anything, mows the lawn and always takes out the trash.

I love watching power washing so it’s going to be fun to watch you guys do this during these months. Great idea to get over the winter!
Great job. Just a tip when you have pooling water...edge the sidewalk and driveway before you power wash to give the water a channel to drain away. And use your leaf blower to get rid of pooling water and rinse either before or after you blow it off.

My husband cooks for me. And he puts the toilet seat down, unbuttons his shirts for washing and gets his clothes sorted into the right hamper to wash. He's awesome and I appreciate him even more now than I did when I married him 22 years ago.

Good job, what a fantastic turnaround , unreal that they didn’t notice the difference. Just a suggestion from watching Flawless in the UK, (not sure if it’s a chemical or just soap) is to add that to your high pressure wash😢
