  • 7 years ago, we had the opportunity to explore the breathtaking beauty of El Nido, and to this day, the charm of this destination continues to captivate us. Last month, we revisited some of our favourite spots and discovered new, amazing places that added a fresh perspective to our El Nido experience.
We hired a scooter and explored some of the most popular beaches like Nacpan Beach, Duli Beach, Lio Beach, and watched the most incredible sunset at Las Cabañas. We highly recommend doing at least two island hopping tours to truly appreciate the diverse landscapes that El Nido, Palawan has to offer.

Beautiful place. It's now a lot cleaner than years back.

Thank you so much for subscribing! We definitely agree, seems like there's better waste management now. It's also great to see regulations with the island tours, not as crowded this time around :)

Not many vloggers visit Batanes but saw some vids and seems so different from the rest of the country . Reason being its not cheap and easy to get there.

Batanes is definitely on our bucket list! Mavie's family is from North Luzon (Tuguegarao, Cagayan) and we have looked into visiting Batanes but like you said, it is abit pricey. Hope to visit one day though! :)

Thank you!! :) We caught a shared van for around 600php each - this was the standard price around all the different companies we've enquired at. Do you have plans of visiting Palawan soon?

It can be a bit difficult, only cut myself once while catching it haha 😅but I say fly with caution and fly it when the rest of the group are not on the boat. Definitely recommend bringing it when you visit - the views are unreal from above!

Does every tour offer aqua shoes ?:)

We definitely recommend investing in your own aqua shoes when travelling the Philippines but most of the tours do offer them. Depending on which company you go for, it's either included in the fee or you'll have to pay extra to rent them :)
