Buddhism won’t promise you about savior, protector or gods but it will teach you the paths to inner peace, contentment and enlightenment thru meditation, yoga, philosophy and science. Anyone can become a Buddha (awakened mind) free from suffering !
Science is actually anti-Buddhism. Buddhism says you should not rely on your senses and perceptions to "cross over". Science is about observations (using human senses and equipment built based on human senses) and rejection or acceptance of hypotheses based on measurements/observations. Unfortunately, human senses/perceptions and interpretations of our perceptions are nothing more than some tools that humans acquired over time because of evolution and survival needs. Our perceptions and interpretation of reality are much simplified and hence do not truly represent reality itself. Science is nothing but a tool that we "use" for improving upon our survival which is nothing more than a ROUGH approximation of reality and hence will never allow us to understand the real reality "perfectly".

I hope that what the Buddhist monk was saying is clear. We become the Masters of our reality when we accept this hard truth: Our experiences are all the children of our own consciousness. What we have experienced we gave birth too. If there is something wrong with the womb of our consciousness, and for most of us there is something wrong; we have to do the internal work of healing that. Haven't you ever noticed that the Whites look like phantoms/ghosts, while Blacks look like shadows? That is because while you are real to yourself, you are a shadow my consciousness is projecting. While I am real to myself, I am a phantom you are projecting. The change has to come from within, which, it seems to me, you already know. As for victim shaming: Compassion comes in not because the person is a victim of someone else, but because they are the victims of their own uncontrolled consciousness which beats them up in the forms of phantoms and shadows they project without knowing they're doing it. Compassion, real Compassion, is helping people understand how the mind works and get it under control so that they don't hallucinate their own worst enemies. When you asked the monk if he believes in a God who created the world, he evaded your question because he knows that anyone who talks about God in the third Person needs to get their consciousness under control. By the way: The Hebrew word for wombs is the same as the Hebrew word for compassion. The way to fix the womb of your consciousness is to intentionally increase your compassion.
Clearly and accurate well stated expansion. Thank you. I agree it is learning of the self along with compassion for the self that helps us to inner/over/understand our connections with our own self and the Nature itself.
Once you get to know about how mind works through the Buddha's teachings, you find the forever happiness in you by yourself. May you all get to know the cause of suffering and free from suffering 🙏
There is nothing absolute about concept of our identity as African, Universal doesn't see us as concept or race but a divine energy express in different forms... We must see our selves way beyond our skin color and geographical location.. Humans are paralle species.
Buddha is the one who came over all kinds of suffering and who understood every secret in the Universe. Who first showed the path to Nirvana for human beings! Compassion for all living beings is the path he taught.

Dont worry. Not trying to convert or convince anyone of anything.
Live and let live.
I have too much in my yard to be worried about my neighbors property 😆 Meaning my plate is full
So true 👍
Africans look Good in the Golden Robe! 👍 👍
He was right, we all choose our own paths. I'm "woke" through Christ Jesus.
Uganda has everything.😳
Well said
I hope that what the Buddhist monk was saying is clear.
Lovely show, what a beautiful man the monk is. Very interesting ❤

We copy right ,left,East and North but we should stick to our own spirituality which all those pinks copied.
There is nothing absolute about concept of our identity as African, Universal doesn't see us as concept or race but a divine energy express in different forms... We must see our selves way beyond our skin color and geographical location.. Humans are paralle species.
Having open mind on different religions it have similarities but different at the same time

Buddha is the one who came over all kinds of suffering and who understood every secret in the Universe. Who first showed the path to Nirvana for human beings! Compassion for all living beings is the path he taught.

I'm a Sufi Muslim and respect all faiths. It is interesting that we Africans follow so may different types of religion yet we'll be hard pressed to find any Africans following African tradition.
Because we are suppress into believing that which we had beforehand is cult because it was demonized by the colonization.
Maybe you should start and stop following an Arabian religion! Those Arabs did nothing good for your ancestors.

Belief is an amazing thing!
Exactly. As of yesterday I now believe that “belief” is more powerful than faith like in speaking things into existence
@@YariSoul3604 Are individual beliefs/belief systems are the most powerful thing that we possess.
Buddha didn't teach you to believe. He teaches you the path to find the ultimate truth by yourself. Sorry, my explain may not correct. I'm not an expert and my English isn't good.
