Not sure if it’s just me noticing… but I love how the grinch kinda “toned down” his roast (but still maintained character) and also knelt down when he noticed that your son was crying. The guy’s such a professional.
Can definitely tell this guy has put in the hours with a huge variety of guests. He knows when to roast really hard, and when to ease up when someone is hesitant or nervous. That is the sign of a true professional park character actor especially one in makeup and not a face covering mask.

I can't say Jim Carrey's Grinch is my favorite take on the Grinch's *personality,* as Boris Karloff as an irritated old guy is just too realistically Grinchy, but Universal's Grinch is the absolute *perfect* take for a studio who wants someone to walk around and be the Grinch every year. I mean, only that Grinch would reasonably act like this after the events of the film, which is fun.

He hated all the noise and chaos that happened on Christmas Day, like toy noises, kids yelling screaming and shouting, and the whole holiday shopping rush and the decorating.... it's all a big pain in the neck sometimes. But of course, Christmas means so much more than that.

Why you forced one to take a picture with someone they thought was scary. Teaching your child to be uncomfortable in certain situations so he can get something out of it is wrong.
