Just purchased this vaccum (but in a pretty purple) today. Our sectional is the exact same color and fabric as your sofa. We have five cats, so there's a lot of hair and a lot of cleaning that goes on here. I have driven myself mad rubbing it with rubber wands to de-fur it. Even the shop-vac hardly makes a dent. This thing made the sectional look like new again. Definitely a keeper.

Just purchased this, though mine is purple! I have 4 cats that shed like crazy. Other vacuums have failed me so I’m really hoping this one holds up well! I purchased the care plan as well just in case!

Who asked what? I said I purchased the care plan because from the comments people were having issues with the claw, So to be safe I prepared myself. And I’m glad I did cause the vacuums claw stopped working after the year warranty!

Bought the same... now looking it up because I LOVED it at first.. now the claw does work. Used it twice. On the back it says Keep hair away from rotating brush. How the hell can I do that when it's meant for hair!!!! You can't even take apart to clean out! I'm sure this guy is now thinking the same thing. But then again I have a real fluffy fat cat, sooo.
Great suction for a vac though. Still using it but pissed about the claw.
It's a safety warning, it means a person's hair because it can get pulled inside and get tangled up. That's all that is, because someone might sue.

I just clean mine up about every month to keep the suction going strong. Totally worth it.
how do I get to use this tool? is there any trick.when I turn the vacuum on and wanna use this the whole vacuum runs away literally
mine is purple and the roller thing does not "roll" if I pole it with my finger it will turn a little. It is new they also forgot to give me a extension tube. I sent dirt devil an email. Thanks
The claw doesn’t work on mine! To enough air is going though! I don’t have the recite any more but I also bought mine at Walmart 🙄 when I detach the hoes from the vacuum and turn it on all the dust comes out 😫

What height do you set vac when using attachments?
How do you stop the hair from shooting out where the wand was? I cant get it to stop shooting hair out the top.

Are u pressing a button for the roller to work
It uses suction to make it spin . If it’s stuck, clean it out or push the attachment deeper against the hose to create proper suction .
I have this. If u vacuum up the hair right away its great, if u lose your stupid attachment for mo ths and now the hair is all stuck in there. IT'S not so great. Its an all day job.
It has great suction. I just got the Dirt Devil Razor Pet, and clogged the claw thing on the first try. I can't find instructions how to clean it out and it doesn't open, far as I can tell.
It sounds like you tried to pick up more than just per hair or crumbs. I use my craftsman shopvac for those type of jobs.
@@MannyBigCityRamirez lol I also vacuumed my house with a Shop-Vac I got the biggest one you can get, it will suck the carpet off the floor. Lol
I have the same vec i got from walmart but in purple and it doesn't up hardly anything.
Not sure why mine does and yours doesn't. Its still going strong. I clean it when needed and its lasted.
Karen Peacock I have the same one I use to say it sucks but if you look at it it’s literally shaped like a vacuum cleaner drag the bottom of the turbo claw across the surface not the brushes . If hair is stuck still then I just press against it the the bristles
Problem.... If I use this vacuum cleaner the way you have it set up.... the dirt comes out on the top from the hole where the wand (with the handle) goes in....
Have you figured out a fix for that? We just got one tonight and it's doing the same thing
You don't have it assembled properly. The hose goes into the handle and seals that hole up.
No, on the body of the vacuum where the handle slides into, when I use the wand the dirt comes through where you would normally have the handle in
the turbo Brush is absolutely junk you might as well though the attachment out
Seems like Dirt Devil is copying Bissell and Eureka.
I purchase the pet power max vacuum cleaner by dirt devil this vacuum is really bad the belt does not stay on I have to carried a screw driver to put belt on over and over don't buy this vacuum .
Never had an issue with mine still. I'll buy another one when this one goes out in 10 years. LoL
