Do you have a video testing the charge port? I am new, clearly, and have an iPad that charges fine about 1/10x and the other 9 acts like there is no charge wire connected. Making it impossible to use the cheap little lightning tester. Just wants to know if it’s the charge flex before attempting to remove the board.
Had a question. I had apple tell me that the pmic chip was bad on my 6th gen iPad, was wondering if this was what you replaced and is it the same as the 6th gen
What a poor job cutting the frame like that. Use a mini demel instead. Next time take logic boar out of the frame. The frame is a huge heat disipator . Kapton tape is unnecessary. Bending back the metal frane with that tool is very risky. 😅
Man so far I have watched just 2 of your videos and have already learned several tips that NO one else even hints on. Great videos!!!
Wow, I’m just starting to get into iPhone repair and that tester is a huge cost. I will have to wait a while before getting that. Thanks for the video
