Pretty amazing. What was the substance in the bowl that you coated the skull with twice? What does it do for the piece?

The substance put on the back of the leather is a putty made from leather dust and rubber cement. It is used as a filler to keep the embossed leather in the shape to which it is molded.

Awesome I’ll be there in first row.i just started in leathercraft about a year ago and nothing will be better than learn from you Sir. I live here in Fort Worth i use to buy supplies at Tandy leather Main store. I would suggest to come here at Tandy leather store for a class it would be great.
