Seeds of sunflower, pumpkin seeds with or without shell, flax seeds, cannabis, mustard seeds, hemp seeds, black seeds, rapeseed, poppy, grape seeds,

Can not squeeze oil from olives
All elements of press which are in contact with oil are made of heat-treated stainless steel

Why do you need to use increasingly smaller nozzles when it''s the the same material at the same temperature that's going through it? The only reason I can see for not starting with the narrowest would be if perhaps you were running the machine in for the first time of something.
Showed lot about waste output, what about main thing oil. It's directly usable?
The oil must settle down ( 5-7 days ), but yes it is directly usable

For the press we produce three types of snail (an element that carries the material through the press)
1. Snail with shallow channel
For oil seeds of larger hardness such as grape seeds, pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds

2. Snail with standard channel
For other grain and nuts
During the squeezing the temperature of the oil is 36-40 ºC
3. Snail with deep channel

During the squeezing the temperature of the oil is 36-40 ºC
Nuts can squeeze with standard snail, but due to the depth of the channel,
The raw material needs to be much more smashed than when using a snail with a deep channel
while with a deep channel and the capacity is a bit higher
We deliver press with one snail ( the customer choose which one ), and
with two adjustment tools and a nozzle set with openings from Ø 5mm to fi 13mm
All elements of press which are in contact with oil are made of heat-treated stainless steel

my opinion is that the holes are clogged on the sieve, therefore the oil cannot come out and returns to the cylinder
