The front and back are in a relationship with each other. There are local stucknesses on both that have been in a convenient tug of war, an opposition, or maybe a well practiced embrace. The pull toward each other in ways.
I think of it as a movement to come out of the residue of fear and worry and sadness. Wash the residue off.
Take that beautiful feeling into your life. Keep reminding yourself that you can be there. Practice often. That is how I made the change. It is the *oftenness* of the practice that does it.
      Thank you for you comment.
I wish you a wonderful day.

Yes, that's the cool thing about this. It's possible to make a new habit, to get the system to accept a change. We have stress again and again. That's part of life. To come out of the loop of automatic holding is a beautiful skill to have.
      Thank you for your comment.

I'm glad it was helpful! Encourage you to see if you can bring yourself even further out of stress by also relaxing the bac in a similar way.
      The easiest is:
*Whoa, Nellie! 2022* : a good way to gently explore the vastness of the Green Pattern. 8m:09s
      On RUclips: ruclips.net/video/1DborO-mHcU/видео.html
*The Whoa, Nellie X, Relax the Diagonals of your Back* 10m:12s
      On RUclips: ruclips.net/video/U6EkgcIO_8M/видео.html
Here is my playlist for coming out of stress.
*Relax your BACK Playlist, in order from Gentle to Most Powerful Pandiculaitons* ruclips.net/p/PLFLw4vgr7ayg05XG5CH42QxHkgLtp8t8c&si=u8c4UGZqG0U3Qeah
In a general way, you can make a beautiful change, you can get out of stress, by simply addressing front and back in a broad brush stroke way.

Oh! I am glad you are finding movements that resonate for you. This is one to take to the desert island with you. Isn't it nice to be more free from the tension of the front?
A little exploration of this one can be helpful for the lower front:
*Sagging Plank Pandiculation:* For the superficial front line of the body, to come out of the tension of stress response, fear and worry. 5m:45s To begin to address Frequent urination, focus contraction to the abdomen over the bladder and the pubic bone area. Practice this multiple nights before bed.

@@ericcoopersomatics Thanks. I've already added the sagging plank into my routine. It seems my body like a deep, complicated movements.
