The front and back are in a relationship with each other. There are local stucknesses on both that have been in a convenient tug of war, an opposition, or maybe a well practiced embrace. The pull toward each other in ways. I think of it as a movement to come out of the residue of fear and worry and sadness. Wash the residue off. Take that beautiful feeling into your life.
