Truly the eyes of Satan - I always hated the "cute" kids of the Bigger Brother team and all the air time they would get, so I loved it whenever their robot got knocked out, but they just kept coming back!
42:36 there's something inexplicably funny about Craig delivering his end of show poem with Joe and Ellie's dejected faces staring vacantly past the camera
The funny thing is, I think Terrorhurtz would have to maintain aggression throughout the fight - Doubtful if it would win by KO given Dominator's vastly improved armour; but ironically Dominator would need only a single strike to cause something vitally damaging to Terrorhurtz's Polycarb. But given how badly Dominator's aim was this series (It's Heat Final against a much lesser machine demonstrates this) - I think Terrorhurtz would have the fight bagged if it can hug the sides of Dominator and avoid a frontal assault.
Chaos 2 and Panic Attack, yes. Hypno-Disc was victimized by poor scheduling. Had it faced Spawn Again as the seeds dictated, it would have reached another grand final. Tornado was the one robot in this semifinal it couldn't beat 1v1...and it turned out nobody else could either.
@@josephbarfield6930 And like I said, Hypno-Disc simply ran into the wrong opponent. Tornado's pushing power was a terrible matchup for Hypno-Disc. Against Spawn Again or Terrorhurtz in a one-on-one matchup, Hypno-Disc wins.
It says a lot for the spirit of the Hypno Disc team in that quite poignant moment they said they would've wanted the full five minute battle and then lost.
Terrorhurts absolutely mangled Bigger Brother. That's so surprising. I remembered liking this version of the axe bot, but I didn't remember it being that effective. Jeez...

Even still i wasnt biased enough to realise they had really easy fights and was sure theyd lose against bb. I remember the shock and awe seeing it crumpling it relentlessly, i had no hope theyd be powerful enough for bb strong armour
Andrew Marchant did himself a disservice when he said that he thought Tornado were lucky to beat Hypnodisc that wasn't luck that was a driving masterclass and took full advantage of the fact that Tornado was Hypnodisc's worst possible opponent it could face because of its poor pushing power. They didn't need the blooming anti spinner weapon they could just use the acceleration to keep on top of Hypnodisc and keep its disc speed low.

Best episode of this series IMO, Tornado vs Hypno-Disc was brilliant, Dominator II going from the verge of victory to defeat in a split second with that insane ending, The 2nd and 4th seeds given a huge suprise and Terror-Hurtz.................holy fuck it was just an absolutely beastly bastard in this episode being the only robot of the 4 Grand Finalists in this series to have KO'D all its opponents including the same machine that survived huge punishment and defeated Hypno-Disc, this episode alone is the reason why Terror-Hurtz is in my top 3 all time RW robots, loved it to death.
Well here's a half dozen well hard machines. (Will JP stop pratting on about Tornado having an 'unreliable drive train' - given its ability to push everything else around the arena I think it says more about the reliability of JP's commentary). Tornado vs Hypnodisc - quite a battle. Credit to both machines for keeping working for the full fight. While I'm on about it, someone should tell JP the difference between 'armour', 'armoury' and 'armament'. So heat 2, Bigger Brother was beaten by bloody Killalot - wasn't it supposed to be a fight between BB and Dominator? Somebody take Killalot out and shoot it. I would have given the fight to BB, since the critical damage to it was done by Killalot. That stinks. Terrorhurtz certainly has a ferocious axe, Spawn Again never managed to get a flip in. Losers melee - well, Hypnodisc after scoring hits on both flippers, broke down, much to the relief of Bigger Brother and Spawn Again. BB opened the pit and immediately got flipped by Spawn Again (first flip they've managed), BB was lucky to bounce back inside the wall and righted itself, then pitted Spawn Again. I'm pleased they got back in. Tornado vs Dominator 2 - well that was an intense battle, but unexpectedly short. I'm always surprised how small Tornado is compared with other robots. Tornado was pushing Dominator around, came in for another push on Dominator and hit Matilda's flywheel and was sent flying, just missing the pit - which would have been unluckiest 'out' of the series - then Dominator drove itself into the pit. Bad luck for them too, but - sans pit - I think Tornado would have won on points anyway. Bigger Brother vs Terrorhurtz - BB has encountered a robot that's quicker than itself. And that axe - it just bends BB's flipper like spaghetti. BB got a long way,I'm sorry to see them go out. But Terrorhurtz deserves its win.
Yeah he was getting annoying by this point probably down to producers telling him to say this stuff. Esl series 7 where he was constantly rimming Typhoon 2.
