Finally our 9 months of putting this project together resulted in breaking the previous World Record by Noobs on the CN realms, beating it by 39 seconds.
Shoutouts to Tragor for putting this together with me, we'll see what happens now but atleast we can say that our project was succesful. :D
Releasing this video on the 3 year anniversary of the Previous record!

kinda crazy it took 4 years to beat noobs record. they were really good
Unfortunately it mostly came down to there not being enough great players willing to put in the work needed for it to happened. Took us 9 months after we put together our guild from scratch with good players from back then, but we are definitely able to beat the time further as it seems now, we'll see what happens next DMF.
There are still only 3 opportunities per month to speedrun due to how DMF works. No PTR available with copies, and on top of that Noobs had crazy number of accounts with sick geared Warriors. They had MUCH more than 3 runs per month to try for a speedrun because they just had that many accounts to use. Not to mention China for some reason had PTR copies available for months when the rest of the world didn't. All of that compounded, not surprised it took a while.

Roguishh doesn't stream unfortunately, we've been trying to get him to stream for ages lol
Really impressive, massive grats. Two questions if you dont mind:
1. How is Rougish doing so much more damage than all the other warriors?
2. How on earth do you all get your hands on Consecrated Sharpening Stones?
He's using that pre-naxx event undead attack power set (... of undead slaying) with those sharpening stones from said event and rest just full bis basically.
@@LostBear. Interesting, crazy to see that set still. Any idea how they have the sharpening stones after so long?
@@kb15529s Probably farmed a fuckton of them during the event and saved them up for special occasions (like speedruns)

you should carry a blasted lands buff in your bag and everyone pop it before your longest fight. After the fight is done pop your second speed zanza. you don't loose speed and get bonus damage for an entire fight.
while yes in theory this is the correct thing to do, we opt to save them incase we have people dying, them slowing up the raid by not being able to catch up is holding entire raid back, but for sure it definitely could be used

@@noahzdddd Thanks, we've recruited new people now after the WR had some people quitting, so we are in the process of relearning to come back even stronger!
While many will be impressed by this, many won't see the down sides of this as well. It's the other side of the same coin. This game has now been meta'ed so much and everything has been min max and squeezed that the magic of the game is completely lost. When you have nax figured out to this level and you know the best way of playing the game then the game will probably be no more. It marks an end to the chapter of wow classic to my self and other's. Classic is the last straw of World of Warcraft, that one thing that was still good about WoW, and that we now have closure and can finally move on from WoW is great. Only when nobody wants to play WoW will there be a game that can some day come and replace it.
Oh this is not the end, there are minutes still to be saved, it's gonna have to be another guild tho as it seems right now. But We'll see!

just one persons opinion...every1 is allowed to spend their time how they want. I think Naxx can go faster, and some guilds will just do it in one night, or two nights, to each their own. The game is still wonderful, regardless of 42:50 or two nights of three hours and they dont clear. Its all good either way. No magic gone at all. Also, congrats Drast, it takes hard work to do what yall did and it was wonderful to watch. Keep going! :)
