Hi to you both. We are so happy to see the renovation work and also what else you have discovered in the M and M Lounge Bar. The extra rooms upstairs are going to be amazing I am sure. Tony and I were amazed at what else is there in that building. We hope you are both feeling much better now and look forward to watching more as the bar progresses. We are getting through the winter with some difficulty but we are keeping our moods up by thinking about our trip to our beloved Paphos and seeing you both in April. We cannot wait. What about allocation of an area for stock? Crates of beer, barrels, other bottles. You might also need a 'cage' to lock spirits in. That may be a license and insurance requirement. (And keeps my Filey Bay single malt safe for my return). And Marika, that is Filey rhymes with smiley 😊.
That’s what I was thinking. Allocation of preparation areas to cater for dietary requirements, Fridges for food and ice cream stocks. Cans of Coke and Diet Coke😂😂. This may all take more space than you expect for a bar as big as The Marika and Me Lounge Bar. Perhaps it’s an area that could be created as a Studio flat at a later date when you know just how much space you need. Studios upstairs have great potential. ❤❤💃🏻😎
Thanks a lot for this video, dear Marika and Paul. It's very interesting to see the "studios" part. It's ideal location for bed&breakfast for couples or solo visitors that come to Paphos. ***Perfect for Lady Zuzka and me*** I think it's quite possible to split the space into 2-3 studios (with the smaller one upstairs) considering you would put additional doors, walls and maybe a window or two to bring more sunlight inside to the upstairs area. Would be great to consider to install some soundproofing so the sounds coming from the bar area are not too loud to disturb the studio guests. Most importantly - Get well soon, dear Marika! 🫂😊😚
