Hey, thanks so much for the shoutout. Mags will be coming back in stock as we can get them. The issue right now is I only ordered a 100 springs to start with, and I am down to 10 or less. Word of mouth has wiped out each production run in about 12 hours. My next order of 200 springs is 3 to 5 weeks out. When they get in we should have all the all bodies/floorplates/followers for them in stock and ready to go. Its a Nylon Carbon Fiber blend, which is about as similar to PLA as cannister damascus is to rebar; and has taken me a LOT of trial and error and expensive equipment to get right. (PLA is about $15/kg, Nylon CF $100/kg).
Just wanted to add, as they are trickeling in be nice to your fellow shooters. As a businessman I love it when guys order 6 or 8 at a time, but as a dad with kids who lives on a budget I want to try and help as many people as possible, so if you can save those big orders for the end of July. Believe it or not this whole project started from a converstaion with another shooter about how it made him mad that he could buy 4 Pmags for the price of a 1.CZ magazine. And for you Tikka guys I am trying to negotiate rights with an engeneer in finland for his design for the Tikka .22lr as well.
I called Lilja a few weeks ago about a 25in barrel and they told me the longest barrel they had was a 23in. Sure wish they'd figure out what they actually have. I'd love a 26in barrel. I'm not a competition shooter. My goal is specifically Long Range 400+ I'm really wanting to stretch it out past 600yrds. Great job Josh and thanks for keeping us updated.
Man I bought a Lilja 3 groove from Bugholes that after threaded and installed it's 25 1/2 inches long. I've won 4 of 5 Benchrest matches with it.And 2bd in the one loss.I highly recommend it.Good kuck
@TexasTrained So bugholes has them but Lilja doesn't know what they actually have. Maybe I talked to the wrong person at Lilja. That's awesome winning 👏 I'm no competition shooter. Just a guy who wants to stretch it out hopefully past 600yrds. Just because people say it can't be done. Lol
Re: left chassis for CZ457. About 6 months ago I modified an MDT ORYX chassis. I filled the openings with JB Weld and milling the left bolt and safety clearances. Looks fine, works great!
Do you really have to break in a Lujia Barrel? Shot once Clean, and repeat a few times. Then 10 rounds and dry patch few times. So far, I'm not happy with my Lujia in .17 HMR!
Live in area that doesnt sell quality 22lr ammo - eley, sk, etc. Limited to stuff like cci sv, blazer, fed am but still looking to improve accuracy at 50yds. Do you think its worthwhile to spend $300+ on prefit barrel?
Josh could you please give me your opinion on threading a Lilja barrel. Do you think it will affect the accuracy of the barrel if it’s threaded by Lilja?
Any word on Volquartsen replacing their extractors? I emailed them and they said they would replace mine "shortly". That's been a few months agao and the last update email I sent them has resulted in radio silence.

I have a Rimx in an Acc elite and shoot NRL 22 in Australia,over 3000 rounds not 1 problem its flawless I've found.

Vudoo advertise they can make 22 mag. have you tried one. I have been able to get 1/2 to 1 inch at 100 w/ my Volquartsen
