They TOTALLY ended up changing this game. It was hard enough before. Now it's supremely difficult. Love this game but hate that they rigged it so much. But it was worth it in the end. Much love KAM!!! 💜

I have the impression that the game is tilted to the right... it also always goes in the same hole after the pinguins... They should revise it totally 😞
I was thinking the same thing, the ball only went into that one hole constantly after the penguins and I think that's because the came is tilted, even if it's just a little. Pity really.
These games are always tilted to some degree, just enough to defy gravity. Also why some have mirrors to create an optical illusion.
It went in to the other hole at least 1 time. the other non red hole

With the machine tilted, it makes sense that you wouldn't get that many in the red hole and you'd get a lot in the left hole.
While the ball is spinning, it gain momentum heading to the right, so it won't go into the right hole, and loses going left. Assuming the machine is also slightly forward that means statistically, it's will spin in an elipses with the tighter orbit to the center being to the left... that's why keep sinking them into that hole.
I have missed you guys playing this game!! Wow, it was expensive. They have really rigged this game. But, congratulations for the win. Lots of cute stuffies!!

lol all i could think of was when the button was pushed accidentally but i would've asked for them to make the machine level , help increase chance of at least getting the metal balls in either or both sides, but great wins !!
I hear you always complaining? Being upset/annoyed? about how there’s blinking on the camera and that’s due to the lights in game. Not all lights give off constant lighting and so the blinking you see is from the lights flickering. Our eyes don’t usually perceive them but cameras do. In order to fix that you have to adjust the frame rate in the camera settings. Usually 24 frames per second is a good setting but to stop/reduce the flickering you may need to lower the frame rate.
Considering everything in the grand prize, I know it took money to get there but I imagine with the cost of the plushes you get your money's worth and then some. Especially if they are exclusive to the place/machine.

I don't think there is a magnet in the part where you want the ball in the red part. But you can see that the base is tilted and when the ball falls into the part, it spins in an eclipse and not in a circle. So it's more unlikely to go into the bottom hole.
I basically said the same in my comment. With the game being off balance it changes the whole dynamic.

The machine is absolutely to the right a bit as with everything going to the right and the metal balls to pick up in the container are all to the right
With the game (likely the cabinate) being off balance (lower on the right side) it is likely that the balls in the jackpot area will most always fall in the top right hole. (In my opinion) If y'all could find an employee or manager that understood some english I'd try to get them to understand that the cabinate needs to be balanced. Im betting there is something on the bottom, like on a washer or dryer, that can be adjusted to balance the cabinate.

Kinda sad the machine is obviously tilted to one side. Would be fun to see both sides working.
The amount of times the balls after the pinguins end up in the exact same hole is suspicious to say the least. I think they tilted that part as well, so that the ball pretty much always falls in that hole. And that is a fraudulent game then.
That game being off level is definitely effecting what hole the balls fall into because they are completely missing that red hole

The name for those metal balls are actually called ball bearings
Technically you would’ve gotten it for less if that ball bearing didn’t jump out of that last cycle.
Until it is balanced no ball will.go in red.

Love this game but they really changed the game so your chances of winning is much worse just because both sides were not getting the ball to use the roulette in the middle

Think its off set to the right side because 90% of drops happen on that side there also could be a magnet would hope not I mean its not that easy of a game in first place.
With the game un level you only have half the luck and playing field. Not to mention the angle also stops the balls for going in the red ring hole.
