- Hello, and welcome to my channel! Please enjoy this video of scratching on rhinestones, and tracing the rhinestones with brushes. The scratching varies from slow to fast. I use three sheets of rhinestones, which I think made great tingly sounds. Which one was your favourite?
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. Our lives can get extremely busy and stressful, and it's so important to wind down :) Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

2 years later this is still my go to video whenever I'm havin trouble sleepin (which is every night) and it hasn't failed me yet.
Just poured a nice cup of chamomile and sitting down to rest and watch. Beautiful soft and soothing sounds. Eyelids are getting heavy already only 2 minutes in. Will leave this comment before I fall asleep. Hope you are having a relaxing evening. See you again soon.

When those two brushes touched each other at 19:52 and for the next minute, not only it's a magical sound, but it also reminds me of dolphins and the way they communicate. It sounds like that to me. It's a cosmic sound 🎶👍🐳
