It is not okay to wait to brush your teeth. The longer you go without brushing your teeth, the more bacteria multiplies and erodes your enamel, leading to cavities. So make sure you brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes, morning and night!!!

@@chromberries7329 i think what the person meant was directed to people who suffer from mental illnesses that make daily tasks difficult for them, like brushing your teeth, tiding your room, showering, etc… so if you tell these people something like “you should go brush your teeth if you haven’t! that’s not hygienic!” it will only make them feel worse because they will feel bad about it even if most of the time they can’t help it

I've suffered from depressive episodes before, and can attest it does make taking care of yourself and your health feel like an impossible challenge, so my heart goes out to those struggling with mental or physical illnesses.

As a teacher I've to do lots of notes corrections, check test papers and all the boring stuffs. Your videos keep me engaged, relaxed and sane. Especially scratching sounds are my favourites. It's hard to keep awake but they help me remain focused on completing my tasks.

After a long time searching for my sound trigger aside from whispers i finally found it! Ah that tingle and goosebumps in my neck 🤤 feels so good i think anything with nails tapping and scratching oe sharp pointy objects is my trigger ohhhh that hits the good spot! i'm gonna sleep so good tonight thank you for this!
So many of these are not only extremely relaxing, but they also remind me of foley in filming, sampling all these different noises. For instance, some of the tracing paper crackles, remind me of the crackles in burning firewood.
Scratching and piercing are my favorites in ASMR. This one's so relaxing and I don't mind seeing my phone dead when I wake up in the morning. 😅 Thank you for this po! ❤

Literally got a natural “high” watching this. Felt very euphoric and that’s near impossible for me to feel unless I’m on drugs lol also thank you for not talking there’s so many ASMR artist who assume everyone loves whispering and talking. Some of us just want to Hear the actual sound not voices
