I hate this situation with bulk buying. Of course it'll make Seventeen happy to see their album sales rise, but I'm quite sure that they wouldn't want it if it led to their albums lying on streets. Woozi has said numerous times they don't care about numbers. They've been slowly taking their steps in the span of 9 years and it proves what Woozi said. People discarding the albums with CDs, should know that this is just as bad as a slap on Woozi and other Seventeen members' faces
