Apologies for the delayed response. We use comma If we want to pause for effect. Punctuation marks can tell the reader when to slow down, speed up and stop.
If you want it to be future perfect, it should be 'will have been talking' for example, I will have been talking for 15 minutes(நான் 15 நிமிடங்கள் பேசிக்கொண்டிருப்பேன்)
