I turned on my THX and Dolby seems Dolby makes his mic lower than others. He either has a different microphone type and pattern or mix/amplification than other people that either concentrates his voice on a lower channel or spreads it thinner across the channels (I only have 1 speaker on my phone where I'm listening so I can't tell if it's a blend or concentration issue) but I just recreated the problem when I switched my phone to 5:1 surround emulation. Whoever is having the issue needs to disable the DTS Sound or THX Sound or whatever they're using cuz there is definitely a delta there on Shampoo's mix or mic.
Something you might want to test out, it might be a rare problem. This can also happen, also rarely with different Bluetooth codecs (SBC, aptX, LDAC, etc) not liking one of your recording methods... If the user flattens all those settings to something standard should be no issues with one person's mic (between a standard codec and eliminating Dolby like mentioned prior)...as you move forward something you might want to test on different platforms and scenarios and codecs as a trial and error as you tighten up operations on the new studio... Get a lot of different devices that use different codecs and sound suites to make sure you're not having any bad listening experience regardless of listener type...
RUclips should also flatten that out as well I would think didn't even think about that approach... Never looked at the settings on Studio... I'll have to soon (starting up myself)

Fun fact: when microphones were invented people were so accustomed to shouting when they gave speeches that one election year the one candidate who actually spoke in the mic instead of yelling won because people loved how he spoke into the mic. I believe it was Teddy Roosevelt but I can’t remember.
