I put a ceramic cutting blade on my Andis 00000 and it doesn’t pull. The emerge is based off an animal grooming detachable. The Pulse detachable is the top detachable from Andis and it’s worth a consideration if you can get one at a good price.
I ONLY use detachables for fading. Adjustable clippers just make no sense to me. They're definitely a bench player to support my detachable throughout the day.
Ok i got a lot of comments saying this i might have to try and see if i can get one of these to cut, zero gapping the detachables is a pain in the butt tho
Still use detachables always will usually to remove bulk before a blend even, and honestly they're affordable with the cord. You can grab some 76ers cheap Still just as good because you don't use them a lot 👍🏼
I bought one and when it came in it was pulling like it wasn’t sharp. Stopped using it for a few weeks went back and sorta zero gapped it and now it cuts fine. Your shaver will cut into it so much better then the 5 zero
I actually use a pet grooming clipper to cut hair them things mow!! My shop owner attached a vaccume to it and i do a rough draft of my fade with mostly detachables and i clean up with my adjustable. Eddie you actually use to to put it in our head to debulk with detachables so i still do 😂
try the 00000 blade by oster huge difference than andis 00000 blade. what i notice is the tip of the oster blade is alot rounder than andis blade. i currently have the oster 00000 blade in my andis ZR.
@@djallstyle awesome, I’ve been thinking about getting one cuz my shavers kinda struggle with the 00000 so I was wondering how well this one worked. Has it ever nicked anyone?
Detachables are only good for people with Dementia who can't stay focused on what they are doing. Wanna save blades and settings just use a wahl balding clipper (6 0's).

If you’re going to go with a detachable clipper. Go with the Oster octane I still say it’s the best cordless clipper ever made.
I agree

What I did with that blade was with some more tension and it works fine, Osters 00000 cuts better and closer

I keep a few detatchables on deck. Even fade with them a lot!
is it quiet? good for kids ?
The Andis outliner blade is the one to use..
Does it work well, and does it cut closer than the 00000
@@The_UnrulyBarber yes… It cuts like a trimmer blade no snags. I’ve used mine for about 10 years

I use a detachable trimmer blade
Can use double magnetic guard with on that?
@@amirulamran6020 no these are different
Yeah, hey, how are you doing Eddie? Yeah, the charger actually looks like a laptop charger. Pretty looks pretty powerful actually.
Hey ed,what’s the name of the flat top combs you use?I can’t remember

Trimmer are for Lining
Clippers are for fading
Detachables are for debulking

you're too focused on yourself, if you're not mature yet then that's your problem
