I usually read true horror stories almost every day from true stalker stories, camping horror stories, home invasion horror stories, scary nightshift stories, scary workplace stories, and even the occasional true scary clown story if I'm feeling particularly spicy (mostly sourced by reddit or submitted by subscribers)!

Biofreeze for the neck. I've used it for several years for arthritis and sciatica pain from my accident. My aunt had a cervical fusion (I think that's what its called when they fuse the vertebrae in the neck), back then it was prescription only. It works really well for any type of muscle pain. I recommend the roll on for quick and easy application.

I did biofreeze, iceyhot. Hot packs massager and ended up in surgery for my sciatica issue last July 27th. The best thing is I'm not on meds. But for my neck, I've tried everything till I started going to a chiropractor. I have not been back since my surgery due to the surgeon wanting me to be healed well enough. Now I can go back and die my neck it's not quite a bulging disc, but boy, does the pain damper my daily routine. For me, iceyhot and biofreeze don't even relax it for me. I use Tylenol and heat to get it to relax. I'm not quite qualified for surgery for it yet. So I need to call the chiropractor, and he pops my neck and head and wow, it helps so much, plus I do neck stretching from PT.
The best thing is doctor first plus do what you can at home in between.
@@dawnmclaren1533 I had an accident back in 2018. I broke my tib/fib, shattered ankle, broken heel, my foot detached and hung 180°. Dominant leg. I have all kinds of plates and screws holding it all together. I never healed properly. I overcompensate on the other leg and side of my body. It's caused so many issues with my back, hips, knees, etc. It gets worse as time passes. I constantly keep a roll on biofreeze with me for my back. It really helps with the arthritis and sciatica pain. I highly recommend it to anyone with muscle issues.

Every single story on here is a story from other youtubers that I've heard in a past 2 or 3 days 2 of the stories. I heard on another youtuber's account today in his new video. So his video was at before yours man blue. That's why I used to love this more channel. Watch It so much. Could you s*** with all original? And I knew I wouldn't hear It twice. Now you repeat your s*** over and over and say. It's a new video when it's not. And now you're even using stories from other youtubers. That have used The stories the same week.
