No electrical sockets at the kitchen area, new building and they have AC condenser units on the balconies jeee whizz and the developer gets awards unbelievable!!

Seems to me much better to buy a resale few years old as can be had at significant discount, bit like buying cars not really any money to be made buying condos in Thailand

That parking ramp system is quite popular in Ameria. It is just a double parking system for the same tenant if they own 2 cars. The ramp does not move out as you described to drive on it! If you have a car on the upper space, you must remove the car under it to move the upper car.

In BKK you will find many of those parking systems, even for public parking and park & ride. But yeah, for selling reasons you guys in Pattaya are the only ones in Thailand.

you can't sit on the balcony with the aircon going, and if you put a washing machine you'll have nowhere to sit

It's a pity that the gym is so tiny. If only 2 people work out at the same time it will be crowded where the weights are. The rest is very nice though.
Shame none of these condos put cable stations in the gym. You can knock out up to 10 exercises.

Cooper...did you say 3-400 yards to the beach? Come on---look @ 23:15 and tell me that's 400 yards---more like 1.5km! Are you getting a commission to try to sell these too? You even said "a nice open shower design"! So water gets all over the floor when you shower!
