I've read Groucho's books, Harpo's book,Chico's daughter's book, and all the books on the Brothers I could collect...and I believe every word said about Minnie. She was a trip! She would only pay for one child to take piano. Chico was the oldest, so he was chosen. But she would sit Harpo in the room to watch so he could learn and practice later. The teacher figured it out; and ran Harpo from the room after that. Funny!
I bet Ben still remembers the time he met the great Groucho Marx and guessed the "secret woid". I know I would. If this is about 1955 and he was 13 that would make him about 68 years old now. Do you have anymore of this episode? It would be great to see the entire show.
He was ahead of his time

Sylvia is a beauty.
Here is evidence Groucho could make children laugh just as easily as adults.
I get the feeling that 50 dollars and 50 cents used to be a considerable amount of money.
It was enough to buy a new car!!
"Giant, that captivated you" 😄😁🤡
Don't worry, by that age the kid was probably already puffing.
I wonder what Ben grew up to be...
Still alive and doing well.
It appears Sylvia was ahead of her time. Bra-less.
