Whenever Josh wants to take a step back from writing, he seems like he'd be a solid editor-in-chief.
I want to inject Joshua's current Superman run directly into my veins, it's so phenomenal, still going great. My favorite ongoing comic this year. Also, Batman and Robin is pretty neat.
Picked it up week by week and got the first hardcover, love it

The fondness of old comics is a strange thing for me. I didn’t collect comics as a kid. I’ve only been doing so this past year but as a kid I read what remained of my grandpas and dads comic books. There are three I remember prominently, the Alex Ross secret origins and the death of Superman, and o deadly darksied. I fell in love with the art of all the comics and how detailed they were. Reading Alex Ross comics as a kid is a whole new experience since it feels like a classic childrens book. The comics showed me art, action, and a overarching story that had all happened years before I was even born.
I love the medium of comics and the stories that people can make with them.

Hitman is such an amazing series and is underrated among the masses honestly. Everyone knows how good it is from who has read it, but it is so good. That Superman issue is amazing and an omnibus is finally coming out next year.
Josh, you should have just quickly introduced yourself as the writer of Superman. "I hope you end up in those DC movies somewhere."

Yes, those Super Powers figures were the best! My brother is collecting the newly released Super Powers line, and it's crazy nostalgic. Wish All-Stars was weekly, but understandably it cant be done because Josh is too busy writing awesome stuff.
Happy holidays to both of you guys. Thanks for answering my dark nights metal question. It was the event that got me back into comics. It was also the first time i followed a creator. Still some of my favorite few years in comics following that journey. Question for both Sal and Josh, do you have a favorite issue of a comic that you can cite easily today. Mine would be Superman/Batman annual #2 by Joe Kelly and Scott Kolins.
