During my time in the feds even when I was on the yard with corny and skip I did not see any one try to recruit a bulldogs.... Most of the stuff you are hearing from these guys that are coming from the feds is nonsense..
When I was in the feds in USP Atlanta the Bullldogs were riding with the Nortenos. Same thing in the federal transfer center in Oklahoma. There were all in the units together functioning. Now when I was in USP Beaumont some where on the yard walking with the Surenos and the did have them same stipulations as the Sureno told you about. The Feds is a whole different ball game. Either fall in line or get butchered!!💯

They do know coexisting with cali enemies. They coexist with Texas syndicate, Texes eme, and others. Y’all big homie Skip made this possible in 2008ish where the brothers were going to war with the surenos. The way fed is set, they separate if you can’t get a long. So a nationwide keep away was issued between the 2 factions. Thus creating yards for the nortenos. Of course there’s more history that goes into this but from what I know talking to some of the brothers, that’s the gist. As far as bulldogs go, some ran with the surenos on some yards Ex: Herlong. Then on USP Polloc we had bulldogs with the nortenos. From what I know, when the bulldogs was on Herlong, they had to program under surenos. They sat and ate with them and if surenos moved on us blaccs, they had to go, etc. Bulldogs with the nortenos basically did the same thing. In my eyes it was more respected for them to be with the nortenos vs surenos but hey 🤷🏽♂️
The true meaning of a drop out is only one actually that dropped into one of the big four. They are the only real recognised ones to be in to drop out from.

When I was in federal prison back in 2002 all the way to 2012 I was wondering with bulldogs and Herlong California that was the only place and Mercury USP where there was 524 Bulldogs on the yard with this and yes a lot of them Bulldogs are from like neighborhood they're well-known and they're big-time Ballers and they become homeless at the end of the day before they go home after doing 10-15 years to become embraced and maybe when they get out he can embrace the rest because they respected in everything from out there maybe that's the way skip he's approaching it so my understanding of is they follow all rules and obligations if they end up on a different yard with no homies then they have to follow by their rules and obligation because they have no say-so if they do not get you warm around and function where they want I want where they want to function it don't work that way everybody gots a to rent with some type of car that's the way it is in federal prison

Federal and State are 2 Different Animals. Different caliber of Inmate and crime's as well. From an Inmate perspective The Feds trump the State and their law should be final. State will never accept this and the only way is for everyone to remain in their own lanes.

Then my cousin got into with the northeno and was moved to a sur yard. So everything u saying is right expect the homies that turn nf they keeping that on the dlo . We won't ever except that. During my time in the feds even when I was on the yard with corny and skip I did not see any one try to recruit a bulldogs.... Most of the stuff you are hearing from these guys that are coming from the feds is nonsense..
When I was in the feds in USP Atlanta the Bullldogs were riding with the Nortenos. Same thing in the federal transfer center in Oklahoma. There were all in the units together functioning. Now when I was in USP Beaumont some where on the yard walking with the Surenos and the did have them same stipulations as the Sureno told you about. The Feds is a whole different ball game. Either fall in line or get butchered!!💯

The way it was in 2012-2017 and so forth, the Nortenos have their own yards. They do know coexisting with cali enemies. They coexist with Texas syndicate, Texes eme, and others.
Y’all big homie Skip made this possible in 2008ish where the brothers were going to war with the surenos.
The way fed is set, they separate if you can’t get a long. So a nationwide keep away was issued between the 2 factions. Thus creating yards for the nortenos.
Of course there’s more history that goes into this but from what I know talking to some of the brothers, that’s the gist.
As far as bulldogs go, some ran with the surenos on some yards Ex: Herlong.
Then on USP Polloc we had bulldogs with the nortenos.
From what I know, when the bulldogs was on Herlong, they had to program under surenos. They sat and ate with them and if surenos moved on us blaccs, they had to go, etc.
Bulldogs with the nortenos basically did the same thing.
In my eyes it was more respected for them to be with the nortenos vs surenos but hey 🤷🏽♂️
The true meaning of a drop out is only one actually that dropped into one of the big four. They are the only real recognised ones to be in to drop out from.

I just got out of usp Beaumont & I'm a bulldog & where there with the black hand & we were called up together & we can have as many dogs in one unit as we want but there's not to many of us . Where I was at there was only 7 of us & we do our own program but if anything jumps with our table sur then we jump with them also other states ride along with us & share our table new Mexico & A.Z & any Lil state that has sur if need be a got pictures of bulldogz & Southside together

13:20 again, you are absolutely correct. The Bulldogs were always line when on the yard with each faction. Back in days F14 front runners put in some beautiful heavy work against the South. This was when they ran with the North. When they broke off, they were firme to remain on the yard. Their was an understanding when shit jumped off with the North, they were to be the first to jump and move on them. They were cool hanging with their own and even having their cuartero a homie or perro, I should say. Then again this was 30+years ago. But they had some very quiet gente who were hitters. Just as every one does.
I remember when they were firme with the South. I was in Tracy from 91-94. A lot of them, most of them were hitters.
I believe they're at peace there because they're more money involved. They probably start working for the same people.

When I was in federal prison back in 2002 all the way to 2012 I was wondering with bulldogs and Herlong California that was the only place and Mercury USP where there was 524 Bulldogs on the yard with this and yes a lot of them Bulldogs are from like neighborhood they're well-known and they're big-time Ballers and they become homeless at the end of the day before they go home after doing 10-15 years to become embraced and maybe when they get out he can embrace the rest because they respected in everything from out there maybe that's the way skip he's approaching it so my understanding of is they follow all rules and obligations if they end up on a different yard with no homies then they have to follow by their rules and obligation because they have no say-so if they do not get you warm around and function where they want I want where they want to function it don't work that way everybody gots a to rent with some type of car that's the way it is in federal prison
