A very easy recipe, and the cookies turned out great. I did not have access to kinako so I substituted peanut powder, which worked wonderfully. Subtly sweet and they get better sitting out overnight (they come out of the oven a bit dry, but they pull humidity from the air and improve over time). Well done!

Jameson Ly i love kinako so I think it Came out perfectly! Not overlysweet and I notice that my one there's some Sesame seeds mixed with the flour so was a mixture of two things that I love soy and sesame seeds! Very tasty though!!

Marsha Karina, there are better substitutes for egg than oil. My favorite is flax seeds ground with water to create a healthy substitute with a texture simulate to egg whites. Sometimes tofu can be substituted.

というのも、メイプルシロップが無かったのできび砂糖で代用して作ったら、なかなか生地が纏まってくれなくて^^; もしかして小麦粉のグルテンは水分でないと出来ないのでしょうか?油分では生成しないのかな?
てなわけで、急遽豆乳を足し足し捏ねたら上手く仕上がってくれましたー。だから「メイプルシロップ80g」とレシピに明記されてたんですね。大抵「お好きな甘味料で」という表記が多かったので今回はメイプル推しだな、と。そう思ってました。
ともあれ相当美味しく出来上がったので、おすそ分けしようと思ってます。バナナブレッドも美味しかったですよ〜!
わりとオイルにごま油を使ってらっしゃることが多いみたいですけど、何か理由はありますか?ゴマ油が得意じゃないので、米油で作ってみました。愛犬のおやつにもしたかったので、塩抜きで。愛犬と一緒に同じクッキーを半分こして食べる幸せを味わいました。とても素朴でなのに濃厚で、それにお腹がすごく膨れますね。とってもおいしかった。作るのも簡単なので三日に一度はつくりそうです(笑)愛犬は気に入って「おチョーダイ」ポーズをずっと見せています。どうもありがとうございます。
Sirius 多分値段やなるべく体に悪くなさそう+自然に近いものというと胡麻油になるんでしょうかねー…ココナッツも良いんですが香りが好み分かれますよね。クルミオイルやマカダミアオイルも高いし…。この動画のマルホンさんや太白さんの胡麻油の白タイプは癖が無いのでお菓子作りに向いてるそうです
私もそのゴマ油が気になって、スーパーで見つけた時成分とか見てみました、するとこのゴマ油は通常のゴマ油と違ってゴマのあの強い匂いのしない無香タイプだと分かりました。また、お値段もかなり^^な感じです。でも、りょうやさんがいつも使っているので今度買ってみたいなと思っています^^

【後日談】クッキー作りました。 ちょうどお正月シーズンに買ったきな粉がそろそろ賞味期限だったので、消費出来て良かったです。きな粉を使わないバージョンで、メープルシロップの替わりにカラメルソースを入れたものも試しに作ってみました。

+Sonoe Nanko You can use any kind of oil as long as it has less flavor. I used 太白胡麻油 for this recipe:)
個人的にきな粉がすごく好きなんですけど、薄力粉の量をちょっと減らして同じ量のきな粉を足してもクッキーになるのには問題無いんですか。
