The assumed density of the water (if its mass is calculated from the volume)
The temperature reading of the water (maybe there was a gradient in the vessel)
Does all water reach 100℃ when the kettle is turned off?
Is taking the power of the kettle from the plate sufficient?
Is the power consumed by the kettle constant?
If it is variable, how about connecting the kettle to electricity through a power meter with a function to record the total energy consumed?

Jedyne straty jakie tu mogły wystąpić to na nagrzanie czajnika, ciepło rozproszone oraz wyprodukowanie pewnej ilości pary, która dotarła do wyłącznika bimetalowego w rączce czajnika i go wyłączyła
