We are all so busy and distracted nowadays, in spite of all the wonderful technology which is supposed to make our lives easier, no one has time to do anything. At least that's a bit how it feels. And I've long asked the question whether technology, generally, is doing the world more harm or good? It's not an easy answer.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I think a lot of people feel overwhelmed by the changes that technology make to their lives. It will be interesting to see how AI impacts the wider workforce over the coming decade.
Different parts included some AI - GPT helped me take the original blog and turn it into a script, the images were created with Midjourney and I used Suno to create the intro/ outro music - and then I pulled it all together with standard video editing software. So it's a bit of both.
