- We were lucky enough to find last minute reservation tickets to El Yunque National Rainforest in Puerto Rico on our trip to the east side of the island. It had been a long time since we were there. Many of the roads were closed still since Hurricane Maria's path of destruction, but the small section we saw was super cool. We stopped at La Coca Falls, Yokahu Tower, Mount Britton and Mount Britton Tower, Bano de Oro and Bano Grande. Overall it was a great day and I can't wait to go back and see the southern entrance and other waterfalls and treasures inside the park!
That Kiddo is having the best life ever!!!
This is why they call Puerto Rico, the island of enchantment! Just so beautiful for a small island! It's got a lot to offer! Such beauty!👌🥰👉❤🇵🇷🏖🏝another great video! Thank you!🙏👉❤bless you and your family 👪 🙏

Thanks for sharing this awesome video, of those panoramic views of El Yunque Rainforest, it's really a wonderful place. May God bless you and your family abundantly.
Thank you, Joe!
@@LifeTransPlanet Thanks for replying, it's really a great coincidence that the mount have the same name as your husband Britton, awesome. God bless you and your family.
Fui al Yunque hace como 15 años. No fui a la mayoría de esos lugares que ustedes fueron. ¡Hermoso video! 😍😍😍👍🏻☺️
Wao! Tienes que regresar! Hay muucho que ver. Gracias amiga!
Loved the whole video and a.Place I want to.for.aure visit when I travel there on vacation. Loved how your young lad kept on saying "agua". He is a little island ambassador.
Definitely! Thanks In God!
Britton should have taken a picture next to "his tower" at Mt. Britton. You guys make the best tours and videos. I remember going to that "Baño de Oro" pool when me and my brother were little, the water was always freezing cold, we came out shaking.
Aeden had such a good time, he is talking more and more each day, I think I heard him saying "agua" when he saw the "Coca waterfall". He is such a beautiful boy. Thanks for the wonderful video Cassie, Britton...and little Aeden!
Thank you, Glori Sol! Yes, it was so fun to see Britton's mountain and tower haha. It's such a hard name for people to say that it was fun to see it highlighted!
That's a great place to bind mind and body and get thoughts 💭 together and peace 🕊️ Thanks 😊 for the video.
Yes, definitely! Thanks Odilio!
Qué hermoso es el Yunque‼️ Gracias por este lindo vídeo que nos regalas a los que amos 💕 esta islita.Que tengan un feliz marzo y bendiciones para ustedes 👪✨‼️

GREAT SHOW
Thanks Dennis!
What a blessing. I'm glad that you enjoying the Isla 🇵🇷 🙏 thank you for all the videos. Stay safe and many blessings for you and all your family.
Thank you, PuertoRico413!
It looks like Britton is famous in El Yunque. I love making the hike to Mt. Britton Tower, when I visit El Yunque. I love the view that it provides. I've been with clear skies, where the heat kinda makes you wanna go down early. I've also been lucky where clouds come through and make it kinda magical. Clouds literally pass at the level of the top of the tower, and provides shade and an air conditioned feeling which is so cool and refreshing. Also, as the clouds move, they shows different views and perspectives, and sometimes you are just in a white haze/fog. I love it. Great memories.
gracias por ese video expectacular me fui al yunque con ustedes bendiciones para todos y sigan haciendo esos videos bellos.de mi Isla preciosa.saludos de Nueva York.
Gracias Maria! Me gusta mucho compartir con Uds aun si sea virtualmente!
Love seeing y'all enjoying yourselves God Bless Y'all and beautiful baby son ☝🏾The horse brought back memories from an old 70's show Mr Ed lmaooo 😂🤣
Thanks Boricua! I love that there are so many horses here!
Amazing video!!!Puerto Rico is beatiful!!
Thank you, Aida! Yes it really is!
That waterfall you guys put in the beginning we did that climb. Your son is such a sport. Looks like the forest is doing well since the hurricane. I live in Cali and it does not snow where I am but...it gets down to the upper 40's at night in winter....point is you guys can wear shorts and loose shirts all the time. So FUN!! I am waiting for your son to say 'buen provecho'. WEPA!!
Thanks okguy! How high did you climb on La Coca?
@@LifeTransPlanet Not too high. Pretty close to the fall or it seem that way. We were not sure at the time if we were allow to go further. I think signs were posted about danger, rock slide, or slipping.
Que buen video el Yunque tiene un toque magico gracias por compartir esa aventura

Yo tbn!
wow that is beatiful disfrutenlo yo he estado ahi
Gracias Felix!
What you are doing with these videos is really great. Your friendliness makes a difference. We’ll get to see your boy grow in these videos. Of course, you can’t see El Yunque in one day. On a future trip you can cover La Mina which is the largest waterfall coming from the north side. Entering El Yunque from the west side you’ll have mighty Rio Espiritu Santo and its hidden waterfall. Amazing. And then from the south it’s just awesome, through the Sabana recreation site you can get to Rio Blanco hike the Infinity Pool, see some breath taking views and enjoy one of the most amazing wonders in El Yunque, Río Cubuy, it’s a truly downhill river, the longest stretch of water slides and mini waterfalls in Puerto Rico. You can actually see it from the road as a water break in the middle of the mountain. At the bottom there is El Hippie a beautiful pond with its own little waterfall. Just amazing. El Yunque is one my favorite spots in the world.
Thanks Rolando for the great tips. You're absolutely right that it would take a long time to truly explore this area! I can't wait to go back!
It really is spectacular there. Ah so many fond memories.. Keep on living the dream my friends!!😊👍
Thanks Jose! So much more I want to see too!
que lindo PR
Sii! Gracias Joselo!

Hola, bello el yunque,⛰️ sabes que? nunca e visitado el yunque, ⛰️solo lo e visto en vídeos,es bello, que sigan disfrutando.
Wao! Hay que ir, Carmen. Es fantastico!
Last video I saw was that you were able to go in and it seems they cleaned up the area full of grass growing
Hi Msvideo! This video was from Valentine's day weekend so I suppose it is possible, but unlikely that they cleaned up the Bano de Oro pool area. Was it very recent?
@@LifeTransPlanet it was that pool/pond covered in grass where once used to be a well known place to swim for decades but unfortunately it had to close down for years due to a lot of swimmers getting sick due to parasites. I guess when someone recently took some videos of that place where they closed the entrance with a wood board where people use to take showers inside that building. That’s when they clean up the place where tall grass and bushes used to cover the entire place few months ago when someone took some videos of the inside that have lots of graffitis.
El Yunqué is a beautiful place I'm from Puerto Rico my ex husband worked here is amazing thank you for this video
Thank you, Madeline! It's extraordinary and we didn't even explore much!
@@LifeTransPlanet You're welcome I'm glad you got to enjoy it. ⚘

Good morning, Marta! Thank you so much!
Having just visited el Yunque You did a great job touring it.
Thanks Maryanne! There is so much more to see on the south side, but we tried to hit up most of the main spots on the north.
Enjoyed the video. We will be visiting there the last week of April and plan on making a trip to El Yunque...
Yes! It's a must-see! Thanks Jon and Mary!
When we went it was a drought time so no water was coming from the waterfall and something was closed but we did hike to Britton tower I give you credit taking ayden because when we went we were tired so can’t imagine taking a child and having to carry him great pics
Thanks Patricia!

Thanks Jose! Yes, we've been there before. We have friends who run a kiosk there! It's lovely!
@@LifeTransPlanet Awsome,
One of my ex hometowns. I hope you guys had a great time!👍👍💪💪
Nice! Rio Grande?
@@LifeTransPlanet yes Rio Grande!🌷
El bosque se ve bastante recuperado del Hucaran Maria
Si, hay unas veredas y caminos en que no se puede pasar, pero sobre todo se ve muy bien!
Breathtaking! I really love your videos and, more than ever, can’t wait to visit the island soon.
Thank you, Aketabi! You are going to have so much fun on your visit!
Hope your guests had a great experience in Puerto Rico!
Thanks Rafael! They are friends who live in PR on the east coast and showed us around haha! Yes, we all really enjoyed our time. La pasamos super!
@@LifeTransPlanet excellent, hope they like and enjoy the island as much you, and Britton do! 🙏🏻🇵🇷🌺
Wow, I actually was in el Yunque the week before Maria hit, ( I spent the aftermath for 10 days in a Airbnb in Isla Verde,) in any case, I have not been back to el Yunque since then and I honestly was shocked to see how much of the forest canopy is totally gone in all the areas you visited. Given that the hurricane entered PR from the southeast that part of the Island go the brunt of it, never had seen how bad it actually was. Very sad but nice to see its coming back.
Wow! Really? It looked pretty lush to me, but I hadn't been in 15 years before this trip. We could see some trails were still closed though.
Saludos! Love the video thank u!
Thanks M!
so cool
Thanks Vista!
Ohhhh wow....100% my place...nothing like my yunque.. Naguabo side though its my backyard...i know that forest like the back of my hand..so many gem wish i could walk u guys to everysingle one...one day one day...
Infinity pool , el Hippie,el pucho,la planta,la canoa, puente roto and la represa just to name a few gems from tha Naguabo side with the biggest water fall in Puerto Rico that can be seen from Humacao and miles of miles away...love u britton and Casey
@@chefgabiel3939 Gracias! We need to go again and have you show us these sights!
😍👍
It seems you didn't get to go down to the mina falls...it is spectacular!!! Beautiful place!!! I hope you enjoyed it!!
No, we didn't have enough time! There is so much to see in El Yunque! We loved it.
@@LifeTransPlanet next time try it!!! Is about 45 minutes down the trail.... but it is worth it...!!
There is a beautiful story of the Cacique ( Indian Chief) disappearing in El Yunque. Puerto Rico literature.
Oh really, what's the story? Thanks Maddie
💪♥️👌
Yea its the only rain forest in usa,,Hawaii is tropical 2 but they are more famoso for there volcanos,,,,vistes ke nice somos isimos una Torre en honor a tu esposo Britton 😄.
Jaja asi es! The Guard at the reservation tent asked if he had anything to do with it jaja!
Cassie is breathtaking ,muy bonita 😍
Aww gracias Junito!
Go to la Parguera and see the cayos from the hill. Ever visited La Guancha en Ponce ?
Thanks Julio! Yes, I've been to La Parguera and La Guancha. I should go again and make a video. Thanks for the suggestion!
What a difference compared to how it looked after Maria.
Yes, it's so nice that it's coming back so strong!
HI. Great video, keep it up.... can you tell me what ticket did you have to show at that stop point? are they charging to go to El Yunque?
Hey RC! You just have a code or print out from the US Forest Service site. It's only $2 per car. In practice, they just ask your name and look and see if it's on the list.
@@LifeTransPlanet Thank you for responding, i guess it's a new thing, was there a year ago and it was still free, but $2 is nothing to what you get to see there, love that place, i proposed to my fiance at the very top where the antenas are located, what a hike... lol again than you for the info. I will continue enjoying your vlogs.
